Beautiful peaceful mid century modern home with amazing views of the entire city from the living room and the deck, a zen backyard, fully equipped professional kitchen, master bedroom overlooking the garden, and a cozy office in LA's best neighborhood.
Stunning, fully furnished mid-century home in the Los Feliz Hills. Sweeping sunset views of the entire city. Fantastic cafes and restaurants right down one side of the hill to Los Feliz and down the other side in Silver Lake. Quick drive to Griffith Park as well.
Los Feliz is the new up and coming place for, Artists, Musicians and Writers, and has Established itself as a muse of West Coast indie culture. The community boasts some of the countries lauded Food trucks and farmers Markets. Since 2000, Gentrification of the neighborhood has also brought the opening of many stylish independent boutiques, coffee shops, fitness studios, and restaurants. Its ability to blend both the residents with eclectic professions, and a booming arts scene made it the largest creative class communities in the country. Even the Buildings emit Avant Garde style that hipsters just love. Architect Richard Neutra of many homes in the area, built his own home on Silver Lake Boulevard. The house still exists, and is visited by architecture fans and students.
We recommend that you rent a car, there is mass transit in the area though

This property is in a beautiful section of Los Feliz. It is in a very hilly section which is great for the views but not so for parking. However, this property has a garage, so we had no problem.
Cicero, the property manager was excellent. He met us when we got there and was always available for any information or questions. The property was very clean, with plenty of space, great kitchen, patio, comfortable beds and a nice work space if need be.
I would say it could be a little updated, and several of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. We also had lots of issues with the tv. Several of the channels we were suppose to get we didn't. Even basics like ESPN or natl. news. We aren't big tv watchers but after being out all day, there were times when we just wanted to sit, relax and watch a little tv.
All in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay again.
