It is in a restored Craftsman style home circa 1910 which has been converted into a quiet 4 plex in the heart of one of the most trendy and popular area's in Portland. 1 block from NW 23rd which has some of the best shopping and restaurants. Walk to Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and just 1 block to Traders Joes grocery. Walk score of 98! Very private feeling. Located just minutes from Downtown Portland. Walk or bus to everything..just step out the door and explore.

This unit is ideal for traveling professionals, people looking to relocate, visiting family or a wonderful vacation. This is not a party type home but a very stable, safe place to call home on a temporary basis.

This unit has just been restored with original wood floors, lovely oversized windows which let in lots of light, high ceilings,wood moldings and many original details.

Remodeled full size kitchen with ample cupboards, full size stove and refrigerator and all dishes , cookware that you will need. Full bathroom with shower & sweet original claw foot which many guests say has been the best bath ever taken. Includes high end towels and sheets.

Living room with slip cover sofa with comfy down wrapped cushions that makes into a full sleeper. Antique dining table set for 2 but opens to set 6.

Bedroom with top of line pillow top queen size mattress, down comforter and down pillows. Tall dresser and nice size closet.

Wonderful back yard to relax and dine in.

We have tried to think of everything that you would need for a most wonderful stay in this fully furnished unit. The unit is restored with high end furnishings to make you feel so comfortable on your stay in Portlandia!

A real home stay

An extremely lovely apartment that's furnished to make it cozy, comfortable and relaxing as one's own home. And the location is fantastic: walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakeries, Trader Joe's, and lots of eclectic shops. Plus public transport is also nearby, so a car is really unnecessary. And check out the thrift store across the street--interesting just to browse. And Nancy, who oversees the property, couldn't be nicer, more helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Charming location Charming space!

Absolutely loved this charming home. It was clean and so very comfortable to come home to. We loved the bed and very comfortable couch. The home is really well stocked with little extras for the bathroom and kitchen. It is a very safe and fun neighborhood to explore at night being close to many cute shops and restaurants. We especially loved walking to BeSaws for breakfast and Bambo Sushi for dinner. Best sushi I have ever had! The green machine is a must. Super convenient to have Trader Joes right across the street as well. We also enjoyed walking to the Rose Gardens in Washington Park. We ended up being spontaneous and renting a car for a couple days to head to the beach. It was so super convenient to take a day trip and have a parking pass for the street when we came home that night.

Nancy was great at communicating through the whole process and made sure we were comfortable through checking in by text. Would highly recommend to anyone. Cannot beat the location, value and charming qualities of this property. I am also a VRBO owner of vacation rentals and have pretty high standards. Hope to be back Nancy! Thank you!

Rustic charm in a happening neighborhood

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Nancy was very welcoming and very responsive to any questions or problems that arose. Quiet neighborhood that is just a few minutes walk to many restaurants, shops, and more. Perfect for short term professionals looking to get a good Portland vibe in a safe area.

Great location.

The unit is well situated within walking distance of Trader Joe's and multiple restaurants. Access was easy and Nancy was responsive to questions. The wi-fi worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The condiments and seasonings that were provided were a nice touch. There is no radio or television in the unit, which made you feel a bit isolated. Those would be great additions.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a happening neighborhood.

This was a wonderful home away from home and we would happily stay here again. Nancy was very welcoming and helped us to stay cool during a particularly warm spell. The nearby restaurants and grocery stores are easy walking distance and the location is also close driving distance to central Portland destinations.
