This is a two bedroom/two bathroom Apt. (I also have a 3 bedroom Rental at same location, if your dates are not available on this rental's calendar, look up listing 595267) Both are:

Conveniently located just minutes from 3 major freeways (134, the 5 and the 2), and just a few minutes from ABC, Disney and Universal Studios. Minutes from downtown LA, Pasadena, Hollywood and Burbank entertainment employers, Dodger Stadium. Staple Center, etc, etc.
Walking distance to the Glendale Galleria for indoor shopping and dinning, and also walking distance to The Americana at Brand featuring a vibrant blend of shopping, dining and entertainment with a creative beautiful park-like setting. At its heart, The Americana features a grand two-acre park complimented by fountains, public art, and generous open space. Promenades, meandering walkways and open-air plazas invites guests to shop, stroll, dine outdoors, and just enjoy the beauty of the setting with family and friends, also at The Americana a movie theatre.
Some of my favorite stops: At walking distance, The coffee bean, Foxy's Restaurant, and just a few blocks away is a wonderful breakfast spot called the Toasted Bun. Near by you can find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh & Easy, Starbucks.
Truly, the best feature here is that everything is very conveniently right at your finger tips.

- The Americana at Brand, shops, restaurants and entertainment, make sure to stop for Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt (walking distance, cross the Glendale Galleria) thru JC Penny / Also at the Glendale Galleria you’ll find a Super Target, very handy in case you run out of basic essentials during your stay.
- Glendale Center Theatre, small live theatre. Check out what they’re showing (website hidden) (could walk)
- Olvera Street. A historic monument in the oldest part of Los Angeles (Downtown LA. Souvenir shops, Mexican food restaurants)
- Griffith Park is a short drive away, it’s great for a nice picnic, walk, hike, bike ride, pony / train ride for kids. The LA Zoo and the Observatory / Planetarium is also at Griffith Park, as well as the Autry museum.

Convenient Location, excellent for family visits with the adjacent park/playground.
Location walking to most place you want to visit in the LA and surrounding attractions
Adjacent mini park make it perfect for families with children. You can literarily watch your kids playing at the park from the apartment.
We loved our stay! The apartment was fantastic. The location perfect for our needs and the host was very easy to work with and very accommodating of all our needs. Would recommend to anyone traveling to LA and we would stay again!
Four of our family members traveled to the Glendale area to visit our son and his family that include two children under five years of age. The apartment was a great place for all of us to gather after sightseeing or shopping at the two malls that are within walking distance. The apartment was roomy and clean in an area that seemed very safe. Bertha immediately answered a few questions we had upon moving in after a long day of travel. The park right outside of the apartment was a nice place for the grandkids to play at. The off street parking was also a plus. I would recommend this apartment. We previously visited our son and stayed in hotels in the area. Renting this apartment opposed to staying in a hotel made this a very enjoyable vacation.
I would like to thank the Cordon family for letting us stay in their lovely apartment from August 23 -26, ,2016. The owner provided relevant information about the apartment and the area. The apartment is perfect for a family of four persons. The apartment matches the description of the owner if not better. Every thing is just perfect . The location is great and the neighborhood is nice and quite.Moreover, the apartment is clean and well maintained with excellent amenities. The private parking lot made our journey much easier.My wife loved the kitchen and we enjoyed cooking several meals. I will recommend the apartment to relatives and friends.
This appartment without being luxurious is very well kept and clean. Situated at a walking distance from Glendale Galleria and Americana by Brand , two of the best shopping experiences in LA, but the best thing this place has are the owners, very professional with the communications, instructions and details about checking in and out, and they have stocked the place with the correct appliances every vacationer or visitor needs.

Would recommend to anyone looking for great stay in LA surrounding region
We really enjoyed our stay in Glendale, CA, and at this property. We would recommend it for anyone who wants activities like shopping and nice restaurants within walking or very short drives.
The place was clean, staff was helpful, and it really felt like a safe area.
