Close enough to conventions, special events, yet just enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip at the end of the day . Six exits from the strip and airport . Approximately 12 minute drive to the strip . A nice place for the family to stay or a corporate get away. Close to groceries, pharmacy , shopping and restaurants. Five exits to Red Rock Station Casino and the brand new Downtown Summerlin Mall. Biking , hiking and tons of fun . This townhouse is 3 levels . Ground floor 2 car garage , upstairs master bedroom , bedroom , kitchen , living room , dining area ,2 full bathrooms , 2 balconies . Upstairs master loft with skylight and 3rd bathroom. Washer / dryer , all the essentials . Great location .

About Dawn Lane

I have been a resident of Las Vegas for 22 years . I raised my two daughters here. I own a non profit housing org and am involved in community development. I travel extensively and help other cities with workforce housing programs. Recently my fiancé and I relocated to Tucson . It is an hour away by air. So , I just commute. We enjoy family and friends and often stay in VRBO 's ourselves. Its such a better experience. WE love hosting people and thought this would be a good way to share our Las Vegas experience. I really loved living here because it is so close to everything , yet far enough away from the strip to relax and enjoy the beauty of Las Vegas.

Why Dawn Lane chose Rhodes Ranch

The area is super nice. I like that the park is close. I often go for a walk in the morning or early evening . I can see Red Rock as the sun from the east lights it up. The hot air balloons are out in the morning too. I can also watch the sunrise from the front balcony . Everything you could possibly want or need is truly only 10 minutes away or closer. Hospitals are nearby too. It is the best of everything. I prefer the West side as it is less congested .

What makes this townhome unique

I love this unit because it really is a home. Our unit is unique because it is on the corner . It has two balconies . The front door entry looks like castle and is enclosed in a circular fashion. Each bedroom has its own bathroom . And there are two master suites. There is enough room fro privacy , yet nice cozy living room and dining area. The pool and gym are well equipped and very beautiful. I really enjoyed my time living in this unit. It is very homey not stuffy .

The rest are condos and they are located in other buildings. our unit feels like a stand alone unit as it is on the corner and you have a private front door and 2 car garage . The others you have to take an elevator to your floor to get in .

Very Accommodating and Pet Friendly!

As you pull up to the gated community that houses this property you instantly have a very safe and comfortable feel. Getting situated when you get to the property was extremely easy and the home was very accommodating. They had a lot of the essentials you need to cook some great meals, a very homey atmosphere and it was excellent for a few couples or a family vacation being that every room had its own bathroom and it felt like you had your own section of the home. The owner was so nice and they are pet friendly and definitely pet people. I was able to bring my precious dog that I cant live without it made everything so much better and easier. Even my dog was very well accomodated as there are several dog green areas, a few dogs to play with in the complex, and a nice area to walk her. The pool area was very nice as well and it is so close to a shopping center with endless food options and just a 10 minute drive or so to the strip. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the strip but accessible to it and many other attractions, this is the spot. There was plenty of parking for us and our few visitors had no trouble either. Everything about this place is great and exactly what we needed. We strongly recommend!

All the comforts of home with the convenience of being 20 minutes away from EVERYTHING! The pool is fantastic in the hot desert sun & the exercise facility was great too! My family had a lovely stay!

This location is optimal for many people. There is shopping at the beautiful new Downtown Summerlin , Red Rock National Park is beautiful site seeing and rock climbing, Rhodes Ranch Golf Club is nearby and open to the public. There are several golf courses within the area , but that is the closest and nucest. I like to play there in the summer because you get really good rates if you're willing to play a little later in the day . Wet N Wild Water park is close by as well as Red Ridge Park. The Park has water features for the younger kids to cool them off at the swing sets. There is a basketball court , baseball diamonds , walking paths and Frisbee golf. This area has everything you could possibly want with out being directly on the strip. It feels like a home away from home.
