Delightful and Economical Condo - Tooth Brush Ready!

This beautiful one bedroom condominium is on the ground floor located

near 68th St. and Camelback Road. It is located directly across ( 1 block) from

Fashion Square Mall.(AZ's largest indoor mall - an app is available [Fashion Square Mall] for apple or android cell phone users.)

The patio opens to a poolside view (pool recently refurbished in 2011). The unit was renovated in 2007 and is approximately 700+ sq ft. Electricity, HD cable TVs and high speed Internet are included for winter season rental (December-March). A land line phone is not included.

For rental between April - December all utilities, cable, telephone, and high speed internet charges will be added to the monthly rental cost. There are no hook up fees. Leases of 3-8 months will receive a progressive reduction in monthly rent depending upon duration. Email owner for details.

Completely furnished with all cooking necessities, refrigerator, and dish washer. This unit has a brand new (2011) king size bed and is toothbrush ready with everything you will need for a luxurious relaxing vacation. The unit has two new flat screen TVs and a Blu Ray DVD Player. Tastefully decorated for the discerning traveler. Laundry facilities are 15 steps away from the front door. A community heated pool and gas barbecues are located in the common area. Covered reserved parking space is close to the unit and extra parking for guests is also conveniently located. This is a quiet complex which has well-maintained and manicured grounds with surrounding fruit trees and expansive King Palms.

Camelback House

The condo was clean and fully equipped. Within walking distance of Old Town and various restaurants, bars, shopping and easy access to express way. We would stay here again. Met a lot of nice people at the pool and happy hour. Our only suggestion would be to enhance the cable TV for more channels. Basic cable was not enough for us and we reverted to our Amazon Prime account for movies and the History station.

Nice condo in a great location

I stayed in the condo during the summer months and then extended my stay into December. I found it a quiet and comfortable place to work from home. The condo itself is nicely furnished, and has pretty much everything you might need. The location is really nice, just across the street from Fashion Square mall, and about a 5 minute bike ride to the Camelback trailhead. And Don (the owner) is a great guy and was very helpful the few times something needed to be fixed.

This place was perfect for us!

First let us just say that Don, the property owner, is terrific! He's a great person to work with as a host. The property was perfect for us for the things we wanted to do. The complex has several gas grills and we probably used them 10 times during our stay for the month of April. We did this because the weather and grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and felt even bigger than a king bed...if that's even possible! The laundry room was just steps away from the front door and very convenient. Getting to everything in downtown Scottsdale only takes a few minutes. The Biltmore area of Phoenix is only 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. What more can we say? We were definitely pleased with our experience.

Don & Mary went out of their way to make our stay pleasent The TV acted up a few days after arriving . Don had a new one installed within a couple of days. Our stay from April to November was as good as it could get. We hope to visit again in 2016.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable Condo

The condo that we stayed at in Camelback House has a great location. Close to golf courses, shopping and Old Town.

It is a great layout with all the necessities of home. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly.

The owner is easy to deal with and will help out with any problems that may arise.

We would recommend this condo to anyone - it has been a wonderful vacation spot for us.
