Manor House

Berwick Manor is a Manor House set in the heart of the tranquil Bride Valley and Dorset Coast. Only four minutes drive to the Jurassic Coast and Chesil Beaches. The Manor is part of the Puncknowle Manor Estate which has over 1800 acres of Dairy and arable farm. Surrounded by picturesque villages and rolling hills but only twenty minutes either side from Weymouth or Lyme Regis.

This property has been awarded 4*.

The Manor offers spacious, quality large family accommodation for a summer retreat or a special family occasion. There is a choice of two reception rooms, one with an open fire and the second with a TV, video/DVD. Plus an extra playroom for the smaller children complete with TV and drawing tables. The kitchen-dining area provides a Aga, electric cooker. microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

With seven bedrooms this provides sleeping for nineteen people. This comprises of one downstairs double with en suite. The second floor has three doubles a family room with a double and four singles, and two bathrooms. The attic rooms are one double and a room with three singles. The house has several enclosed, private gardens for family barbecues and ample parking.

Also we provide stabling for one horse and a pony and a field suitable for a further two horses.

With pond (carp) and stream (trout) fishing on the farm also available. Relax in comfort and serenity in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
