Fully furnished, clean, one bedroom daylight basement apartment in a great location! Only 15 minutes from Salt Lake Airport and downtown Salt Lake City, very close easy access to I-215 and I-15 freeways and 30 minutes to 8 major ski resorts. Close to world class shopping at City Creek, 5 Star restaurants, and many other attractions. This in home apartment has a separate, private entrance, 52 " flat screen TV, cable/internet and backyard access with gas BBQ grill.
This is a very lovely basement "apartment" (with windows!) with almost everything you need included. It was like staying at a friend's home! The owners literally provided everything except our meals. Such a great place to stay. It's just far enough outside SLC to avoid the noise and traffic of a busy city, yet a close hop on the freeway to everywhere we wanted to go. A bargain of a price too! We'd definitely recommend it!
I stayed at this property for 11 nights while skiing and my fiancee joined me later in the trip. The kitchen is a full sized kitchen and I loved the decor. All plates, bake ware, and kitchen utensils you will need are furnished. If you need a piece of foil, a baggie, or some olive oil it is already here! The kitchen also contains a large table and a breakfast bar. There are full sized laundry machines with soap etc. in a corner closet in the kitchen. The living area contains a large TV with DVD and is spacious. The main bedroom has a king bed and ample storage. The bath is very functional and already contains a hair dryer, soaps, lotions, etc. The entire apartment was cleaned top to bottom before my arrival! All of this space and your own private parking spot make this a great value when compared to a hotel! The rooms are bright with natural light but if you need a panoramic view out of the windows you won't get that here as it is a basement apartment. I hope to stay here next year while skiing.
Apartment has a full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and odds/ends needed to cook your own meals and comfortably eat in. We would definitely stay at this location again if we're back in the area.
lovely place with a fantastic layout for two people. we worked from the apartment while attending client meetings and found the hosts to be very responsive and attentive.

The place was clean, as advertised, it gave me and my two adult sons plenty of room. The kitchen had all of the utensils/tools needed. There's shopping and restaurants nearby. We were there for a ski trip and the place is only about 15 minutes to the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. I'd definitely stay there again.
Wear your white glove in this basement apartment and you'll find zero dust—or reason to complain. Everything is clean, the linens are soft, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. We had business in downtown Salt Lake (Uber took us back and forth... 15 minutes each way and no problems), and always appreciated coming back to Lorraine's place. The neighborhood is fine and largely quiet, and relatively close to a fantastic running path. The WiFi works fine. One hiccup—an inexplicably leaky air mattress, used by my business partner—was quickly replaced. When I return to SLC on business, I'll contact Lorraine. It's a no-brainer of a decision.
