About Deb & Kevin
Kevin and Deb have lived in Gold Beach for over 60 years and raised 3 children here. They own a local company and have enjoyed sharing their home with guests coming to the Oregon Coast.
Deb & Kevin purchased this House in 2014
Why Deb & Kevin chose Gold Beach
Kevin and Deb previously owned Surfside Vacation Rental and wanted to build a new custom home for guests to enjoy. They felt like most vacation rentals in the area had great views, but lacked the new amenities and clean new feel.
What makes this House unique
You will not find a property like this one in the Gold Beach area. Old growth Monterey cypress and Shore Pine trees with a flat, 1 acre grassy lawn. Our home sits 50 feet above the surf, with a private trail to the beach.

Beautiful, quiet property, tastefully remodeled with incredible view
Seabreeze is a gem. The owners have done a great job in remodeling the home with tasteful touches and high end finishes. The views from the home and the yard are absolutely beautiful. It is on a quiet road set off the 101 with easy access to the gorgeous coastline. The home itself is clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple. There are two bedrooms - one downstairs with a beautiful view, and another upstairs in the back of the home. The one bathroom is roomy with an amazing soaking tub and gorgeous mosaic tile. I think it would be a bit inconvenient for a larger family having to share one bathroom upstairs, but for the two of us, it was fine. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen in the evenings and watching the ever changing seas. There is a little market right down the road for quick needs, and bigger grocery stores not too far away in Gold Beach. While the weather didn't cooperate for us while we were there to use the bikes available in the garage, I'm sure that would be a fun day for some folks. We did enjoy some beautiful nearby hikes, however... Cape Sebastian and The Frances Shrader Old Growth Trail - incredible natural beauty.
If we are ever on the southern Oregon coast again, we'd definitely pick Seabreeze. The owners were easy to work with, and the home and the surrounding area were well worth the drive from the airport.
Thanks to the owners for a wonderful long weekend away.
This home has everything you need for any get away. The touches and details are spectacular. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great kitchen, romantic tub, room to wiggle—wow. Thank you!
Beautiful home on the wild Oregon coast.
We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze, our only regret was that our trip wasn’t longer. The home is beautiful and has everything you will need for a lovely stay. The beds are very comfortable offering a great nights sleep. The upstairs offers amazing views of the ocean and a walk across the beautiful yard puts you oceanside.
Wonderful! New construction and so much time put in to making it a beautiful beachy home! Loved the views, the fire pit, and the comfort of the house. Sound of the ocean at night, unbeatable sleeping weather! Thanks so much. You have a few vegetables that are ready to pick!😄
We loved it!
This is a beautiful home on an amazingly beautiful property. My family felt so comfortable in this beautiful home that was so well appointed. The view of the ocean from the house is fantastic! And the process to rent the space was very easy.
Beautiful Property, Accommodating Owners
This newer construction home is very comfortable. Nice linens, stocked kitchen, clean, beautiful view. We extended our stay one night and the owners were easy to talk to and work with. The only downside for us was that there is only one bathroom. Accommodating the three adults in our party with one bathroom was at times challenging. I would think it would be uncomfortable staying here with a large family. Especially one with teenagers. A downstairs bathroom would make this place perfect.
So glad you enjoyed your oceanfront stay in our 2 bedroom beach house. We are plumbed for a bathroom downstairs and an outdoor shower. We hope to move forward with that project during the winter months when things slow down!
