Sandy is originally form Old Forge and her and her husband Dan purchased the home to be able to return to the Adirondacks in their free time. Currently they are both real estate agents working in the Finger Lakes region of NY but also sell homes in the Old Forge area as well. They welcome travellers to enjoy their home and the area

Private setting within walking distance to the railroad station and great restaurants. This home has everything you need to enjoy a weekend or a week in the Old Forge area.
We (two couples) spent a September weekend at Little Pine Acres and completely enjoyed our stay. The home is conveniently located on Route 28 within a mile or less from many Old Forge attractions including kayaking, hiking, shopping and restaurants. The house is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. One late afternoon we watched three deer wander through the backyard and into the woods. We would recommend this property!
We had been traveling for six weeks when we arrived at this property and found the perfect place to relax in beautiful surroundings. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, the sunroom and patio were perfect places to relax and read, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The home is a little over a mile from busy downtown Old Forge, so it was great to be able to walk to shop or eat instead of having to deal with traffic and parking. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area.
We stayed for 5 days, and everything was great ! The house is a lot larger than it looks on the website. Home is well decorated, and very comfortable.
Huge backyard backs up to a golf course; and a very quiet neighborhood too. The Steakhouse Restaurant is about 50 yards away, and within easy
walking distance; and has great food. Overall, Sandy was great to deal with, and our trip was great too ! I've already recommended this rental to
some of our friends.
Very comfortable and nicely furnished home with more than the usual kitchen utensils. Seemed like home, not a rental. Owners very responsive to questions.
This is the perfect getaway for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. This home is very spacious with a nice sun room facing a quiet wooded area out back. It is a very clean and comfortable place to enjoy. Lots of room. We walked into town to visit the local shops. We did some hiking on Bald mountain and boating in Old Forge. We finished our weekend away with local fireworks and entertainment. Everything you need all in one place. It was a home away from home. Communication with owners was easy and they were available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks Sandy!
Great location and well furnished on the ground floor. The mildew in the basement is very prominent and seeps into the upstairs near the cellar door. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The steps going in the front door has one step that is higher than the others and could be a problem with folks who are impaired. The house does not have handicapped access.
