Lovely Barcelona Apt. Overlooking Harbor-Columbus- City Center
The apartment is very bright, 115 m2 for 3 bedrooms + terrace. The dining room has LCD 32” TV, wireless internet wifi free, table and chairs for 8 people. Tv, Dvd, Air conditioning/ Heatin. The terrace has table, chairs and magnificent sea views in front of Columbus statue! . Kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer., washing machine, , hair dryer, toaster, mixer, boil.. etc...
There are three rooms: two with double bed and the other one with two single beds. The dining room sofa can be converted into double bed if necessary. Two rooms also have sea views as the lounge and the other overlooks the Montjuic mountain. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower and bidet. There are high chair and cot, too.
Situation: The apartment is on the Avenida PARAL.LEL No. 15 in front of sea and the World Trade Centre, next to the Montjuic mountain and close to the centre of Barcelona. 2 min. walking until Las Ramblas, Columbus statue, Plaza Real, and gothic area and old town. It’s very well connected and accessible by car or Metro and Bus; only 10 km from the airport and near the Port of Barcelona. It' s a 7th floor and there are 2 elevators. Around are all the necessary equipments and the beach is just 1 km There are a nice shopping and entertainment centre called Maremagnum. There are a supermarket in 500m and a guarded public Parking in 100m.
Good ideas: Start day with breakfast overlooking the sea and the statue of Columbus. Go directly walking or using the Tourist Bus (stop close the apartment) to the centre of Barcelona, the port, Montjuic mountain or walk 10 minutes to reach the beach of 'La Barceloneta' can also 'Shopping', go to the cinema or to eat at the 'Maremagnum' shopping centre. In the evening, and also without any vehicle, you can go to the many theatres in the area and dine at the Port restaurants like “7 Portes”. If you come to make business, then meet in WTC located at 50m or visit the Fair of Barcelona at 10 minutes.

Perfectly located and spacious at the top of Av.PARAL.LEL street. You can go perfectly walking to all touristic areas In front of Columbus statue and near Old and GothicTown, Port Vell, Las Ramblas, Boqueria Market, Plaz REial square, Maremangnum shopping center etc.1 minut walking to metro. Facing the sea/arbor and with Colon monument views from the living room and bedroom. Montjuic Mountain is just behind the building where the apartment is located. From there you can see spectacular views of Barcelona; is recommended to up into the red cabin cable next to the Miramar restaurant and enjoy an aerial view of the city.

Best Accommodations in Barcelona yet!
This was my fifth trip to Barcelona and my favorite place to stay so far. The apartment is beautifully remodeled with fantastic views and lots of natural light. The location is great, close to the old city, but not thick with tourist traffic. Just a couple blocks away is a wonderful botanical garden with lots of trails.
The owner, Montse, was wonderful. She was easy to contact, and went over and above to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. The location and the view are good, but there were a number of deficiencies with the accommodations. The beds are very uncomfortable. The second bathroom shower, sink and power outlet were out of order, and some of the appliances such as the coffee pot and iron were not clean.
I am so sorry to hear these words since most evaluations are very positive.

Concerning mattress. Maybe you are used to another type of mattress different from the one in the apartment and I am sorry that you did not have the desired rest.
As far as cleaning is concerned I'm gonna to make a claim immediately to the contracted service, I do not know the reasons.

Great space in great location
The apartment is beautiful, with a wonderful view out to the harbor, yet within an easy walk to La Rambla and Old Town Barcelona. Subway stop only about 2 blocks away. Would have given 5 stars except hot water heater a bit temperamental, but I wouldn't have anyone not rent the space for this. Bedrooms were very nice, and bathrooms quite modern. Quiet location. This apartment worked well for our extended family of 5. The owner was generous in allowing us to drop off our bags early on our arrival date and keep our bags in the apartment past the check out time on our last day which was very helpful. We loved our visit to Barcelona!

We had an amazing time here. The apartment was beautiful, and the location was great. We were within walking distance of great sites and restaurants. The view from the apartment balcony was stunning and perfect for enjoying the sites and a glass of wine. Above all, the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to plan our next stay here.

There are a nice shopping and entertainment center called Maremagnum at "Port Vell" harbor you ca see it from the balcony. Shops opened every day.
