Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Property was very nice and clean. My family that stayed there, although it was only a few days loved it. Only one small issue we had was the key was not in the box so getting in the house required a couple of phone calls to get resolved.
The house is located nicely across the street from a beautiful beach. The house is built on wood beams. Light wind and you feel the house moving. I liked it but other people that were with me didn't. The front door doesn't lock. We called to get that fixed. The maintenance guy came and tried to fix it only to be unsuccessful. At night we had to tie a cable around the door handles so it would be locked. When we left to go out we had to bring our valuables with us. That to me was the only negative. Other then that place is clean.
We rented the house for family coming in for our daughters wedding. We were pleased with the house, coffee each morning enjoying the view from the front deck. Very relaxing.
Overall, I am happy with our stay. We had just a few things to go wrong, but the house is great as were the other amenities.
A group of friends and I stayed here for our spring break. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. The beds were comfortable, the couch fit all of us comfortably, and we spent more than enough time playing cards and bumper pool at the game table. We were looking for a quiet spring break and hoping to get away from the touristy parts of the gulf and Navarre Beach did just that. The walk across the street to the beach was easy and the view from the front porch was awesome (especially at sunset). The house provided more than we could think of. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the shed and exploring some of the neighborhoods. We are already starting to plan our trip back!
