Privately owned, spacious one bedroom apartment adjacent to the swimming pool. The apartment is well equipped and includes Cable TV, Air Conditioning in both living room and bedroom, Washing machine and Wi Fi Internet access, it has french doors from both the bedroom and lounge leading onto the terrace with a sea view.

Capistrano playa is a peaceful location, set in the hillside overlooking Burrina Beach. The complex is beautifully designed in the style of a traditional hillside village. This site provides an adult and children's pool.

The complex is only 5 minutes walk to the beach via the complex gardens and a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the town centre . There is a regular bus service into the town which stops near to the complex reception.

Also just to say how much we enjoyed staying in your extremely nice apartment, it is such a lovelly location and the kids had a great time by the pool. Thank you for the wine, that was so welcoming. I would definitely recommend and hope we may return some day in the future - my only regret having to leave.

Superurlaub in Nerja :-)

Wir haben in Nerja 10 wunderschönen Tage verbracht. Die Wohnanlage Capistrarno Playa liegt auf einem Hügel mit dem Blick auf Strand Burriana. Zum Strand sina es ca. 10 Min. bergab durch die Anlage mit den kleinen Wasserfällen und Teich mit vielen Seerosen und Fischen, die wir immer wieder bewundert haben .

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben dort alles gehabt, was man für den kurzen Urlaub braucht .

Auch wir haben auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und dort die ersten Sonnenstrahlen und unsere Ruhe genossen.

Zum Baden gingen wir immer auf Burriana Strand . Er war zwar gut besucht, aber sehr sauber ( genau so wie das Wasser )

Abwicklung lief unproblematisch, der Vermieter hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet.

Stadt ( oder Dorf ) Nerja ist auch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Tagesausflüge ( Andalusien ist eine tolle Gegend ! ) Wir haben z.B. Granada und Ronda besucht und s.w.

Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und hoffen sehr, daß wir nach Narja nochmals kommen :-)

Beautiful Area of Spain!

Capistrano/Apt 111 was the perfect location for my first holiday in the south of Spain. The apartment was well decorated, very clean, everything in working order. The patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, with a view of the water always present. Both Tony and Isabelle provided good customer service.

Lots of great restaurants on the beach and in the town of Nerja and the walk into town (10 min),along the sea, is beautiful.

Nerja is a central location for many day trips. The business community in Nerja was always friendly, helpful and most speak English. It is a very safe area, also.

I am back next year at Capistrano/Apt 111....looking forward to it!!

Beautiful Apartment

Stayed here for 19 nights and the whole trip was amazing. Contact with owner was excellent from my payment , to receiving keys to the return of my deposit , all done quickly. The apartment was of a high standard and cleaning of linen and towels efficient . I would tell anyone to try this apartment and we will certainly be going back.

What a beautiful place to be. I was there just for a week. The email contact with the owner went very well. And I agree with the review of the previous visitor. It is exactly the same as described. It was winter time but when the sun is shining you can sit outside out of the wind and enjoy the beautiful view. The apartment itself is emaculate and well furnished. Very good wi fi access. The complex of all the houses is nice set. Just a short walk from the beach and to the center of Nerja. There is a lot to do and see in and around Nerja. Plenty of nice restaurants. For sure I would recommend this apartment to others.

Beautiful start to 2015

We had stayed in this area once before and had liked it but this was our first time in this particular apartment and it was ideal. The design of the 'pueblo' community of which this was one apartment was clever, imaginative and impeccably looked after with inevitably different views towards Burriana beach and the Mediterranean; it had its own integral 'lake' with fish and lilies. It's a beatifully designed, if steep, climb downwards to Burriana beach itself. Closely connected with the area is a relaxing restaurant with substantial swimming pool but, as expected, these were closed at this time of year.

The apartment, itself, was well furnished for up to 4 people with 1 bedroom and a useable sofa/bed in the living area if needed. It has its own substantial outside terrace ideally located for sunbathing for much of the day. Inside has Wifi, a new flat screen TV with a small but reasonable range of programmes in English and other European languages and we were able to use our USB hard disks on this system very readily. As the temperature dropped in the evening we needed to use the provided heater from time to time and it worked well. The kitchen area of the living space has everything you need and is well designed and looked after. The bathroom area, containing a newish clothes washer, looks good and provides an excellent shower facility. Everything worked well throughout and we look forward to returning in the future and to recommending it without reservation to others.

excellent appartment

This was the first time we booked a holliday appartment/house through Home Away and were not disappointed. We got what we saw in the pictures and read

in the description. The appartment was one of the best cleaned we've had.

Contact with owner Anthony is very good (quick answers and a good feedback on received payments et cetera). The complex was in fact better located than we expected (center of Nerja can be reached by car and a little walk between 5 and 10 minutes)

Nerja is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga and it famous for it's caves. The town retains much of it's Spanish charm with pretty narrow streets that offer a wide selection of bars and restaurants. It has several beaches and is surrounded by mountains. Nerja is only 5km from the picturesque white town of Frigiliana, and makes an excellent base for exploring other parts of Andalucia .
