Great reviews!!!This is a comfortably decorated, immaculate, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4, fully tiled condo located directly on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Direct view of

sunsets and dolphins right from your own balcony. Balcony has chaise

lounge with table and 4 chairs. No need to drive to the beach.

This direct access beachfront unit has all amenities including,

beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids,rafts and

swimming noodles. The unit sleeps four and has a queen size bed and

queen sleeper. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that

includes stove,oven,refridgerator,microwave,dishwasher, full utensils,coffeemaker,food processor, and blender.WIRELESS INTERNET so bring your

laptop computer.The unit also has 2 Flat Screen TVs,CD/DVD. All linens, bath and

beach towels,hair dryer,iron,ironing board are included in unit.

Laundry facilities located on each floor and restaurant and beach bar on the first floor.

What makes this condo unique

Fell in love with Marco Island on our first visit with my two sons and my husband.Views from the condo are breathtaking whether it is during the day looking at the dolphins and fish jumping out of the water or the sunsets in the evening right from the lanai.

We stayed at the condo from April 1-16, 2011. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to come in a day earlier at no extra charge and e-mailed us that the people who were to come in on the 16th had a change of plans so we could stay longer. Every effort was made to provide us comfort and enjoyment. It is extremely evident that the condo has been decorated with loving care. Everything is immaculate and everything you could possibly need is provided. All appliances are new and so is the bedroom furniture. The dishes, glassware and cookery are absolutely immaculate.

However, the most important and amazing things of all are:

The sunset from the balcony ….. people come from everywhere and watch. When the sun disappears beyond the horizon everyone claps. It is so moving!

When the tide is high ….. (for us it was early morning) you can sit in the condo or better yet on the balcony and watch the dolphins diving for fish and playing.

The ocean, beach and shells are right out your door. Chairs, noodles and umbrellas are provided by the owner. You do not have to pack the car, drive and then drag everything to the nearest public beach.

The pool is perfect when you’ve have enough sun and still want to be outdoors, in shade, and have access to water.

The restaurant, located within Apollo has excellent lunches and dinners with reasonable prices. They also willingly and pleasantly provide you with quarters for the washer and drier when the exchange machine is down.

Most of all, not only is this location one of the best on the island, EVERYONE we came in contact with was exceeding friendly and informative.

Located in the Apollo Condominium which has a new, beautifully decorated lobby,heated pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, laundry facilities, covered parking, tennis courts, restaurant and sports bar on premises with outdoor dining. You can swim in the Gulf and walk 200 feet to the pool and jacuzzi. Showers and bathroom facilities are conveniently located adjacent to the pool.

Great condo for couple

Perfect size for a couple. Large balcony with beautiful oceanfront view. So nice to have beach umbrellas, chairs and beach towels at the condo! Last day there was rainy so we stayed inside or on balcony; loud banging/power saw/drill sounds from construction in condo next door almost all day long-so thankful we didn't have to listen to it every day we were there.

Great vacation!

Condo and property were very clean. Condo was well-equipped. Felt safe there. View from the balcony was great and beach was really nice. Pool area was really nice and it was very convenient to have the Sunset Grille there on the grounds. Didn't like having to go to a private residence (the condo cleaner's house) to get the keys. It would be nice to have a better arrangement for getting the keys. Otherwise, very positive experience. One of our nicest vacations.

Owner's Response: Im so happy that you enjoyed my condo and your vacation on Marco Island. I am sorry you didn't like the arrangement to pick up the keys; however, over the past three years it has proven to be the most reliable and convenient option for my renters since keys cannot be distributed on site and using a realtor will incur additional costs for the renters.I would just like to clarify for my potential renters that the location of the keys is on the way to the condo in a mail box. The keys are there in the morning with the renter's name on an envelope and no details to identify where you are staying. There is no need to wait until check in time to pick up the keys. Renters just leave the keys in the condo upon departure and do not return to the mail box, which is great if you are like me catching some last minute beach time and rushing to catch a flight. I thank you, Tom, for your positive comments and feedback. It is wonderful that you can say that is was one of your nicest vacations and I hope to work with you again soon.

The view was beautiful!

The unit was a little dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Beach Chairs! Keys were easy to pick up. They were renovating the unit next to us and the noise was bad at 8am for two mornings and we couldn't sit on our balcony one morning because of a glue smell. This was just bad luck timing I guess.
