This property is pristine and right on the ocean.
This property allows you to have a car or not have a car. You can walk to restaurants on the beach, or walk to restaurants and/or shopping center for food and dinning. Major supermarkets will require a car. Golfing is amazing, just up the road, we have The Palm Beach Golf Course which is public, the first 9 holes are on the ocean and the 2nd 9 holes on the intercoastal, and they have just added an amazing club house.
This condo is clean and pristine. Beautiful views of the ocean with panoramic view of the ocean with palm trees. New kitchen with new dishwasher, sink and faucets and granite countertop with new backsplash. Trevatine tile throughout the kitchen, dinning and living room and balcony make it very comfortable. Rug in the bedroom for comfort. Large new King bed was wonderful. Morning walks either on the intercoastal or the beach are right out the door. All furniture is new and clean. Bathrooms are done in a beautiful marble countertops with new mirrors and floors. Very quiet and clean. All amenities available in the kitchen as well as a George forman grill. Larger grilling facilities available on the ground floor. Doorman building and very well kept grounds. Nice pool, nice sauna and gym on the first floor. I would recommend this for a seasonal rental to anyone.
I found the apartment to be very comfortable for my month long stay. It has everything you would want in a vacation rental with the added advantage of being right on the beach. The property was well kept and all the appliances and air conditioning worked quite well. I really enjoyed the pool and on site gym. A big plus was that you could walk to nearby markets and did not need to drive unless you wanted to go into downtown Palm Beach. I found the owner to be very responsive not only during the rental process but throughout my stay. She called and emailed several times to make sure I was comfortable and that there were no problems. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable beachfront property with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean.
Arrived to this beautiful panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, lots of changes in the unit. New TV in living room and in the Bedroom, New Kitchen granite countertop with new sink, new faucet and new refrigerator. Beautiful trevatine marble throughout and on the balcony. Equipped with brand new microwave. Hot Sauna down stairs, heated pool, billard room and high speed internet. Prime cable stations and very quiet. Walked right out the door onto the ocean floor. Beach is clean and quiet and there is a beautiful breeze from the ocean. Owner left the unit very clean and everything was prepared for us. Look forward to returning next year.
Stayed 2 seasons 2012 & 2013. 950 sq ft. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Inter coastal walkway across street.Beach right at property.Great location with A1A strip of condos. Shopping & restaurants both north & south.Marble floors in main areas,comfy king bed,easy parking,nice doormen.
Lots of issues 2nd season. AC not working when we arrived;owner replaced unit but were without AC for 8 days and got sick moving in heat.Kitchen had issues but owner plans to remodel. No microwave: brought our own. Disposal doesn't work. Oven doesn't always start properly. One burner not working. Worst was when dishwasher broke midway thru rental and was not fixed, too costly now but forced to remodel when we leave. Asked for compensation and were offered to keep same rent if we rented next season with new kitchen. Not what we had in mind but good will still OK. Hated no dishwasher so much that we wanted to leave early and get reimbursement.Stopped cooking; dishes still felt slimy after hand washing.
No TV in living room; only small analog TV in bedroom. Brought our own flat screen TV. Vertical blinds not adjustable. Sofa bed uncomfortable for guests.Balcony seat cushions torn from touching thinned fabric, but emailed they would last for second season at best.
First season replaced screen to balcony and owner emailed she would give us money back in security deposit,but didn't. Owner said she retracted offer as part of her rent reduction offer for second season, but we were never told that was part of the deal. We let it go.. maybe misunderstanding tho we had email. Charged app fee for 2nd season but since heard from office not required for repeat renters; again let it go,maybe policy changed.
Did give thought to renewing with view & new kitchen but so many issues. Learned of rental at same price and more space so didn't renew. Still good will from us & she rented unit quickly.
Security deposit took seven weeks to return; docked us for worsened torn cushions which we knew they would be. So no compensation for six weeks of hand washing dishes & money for eating out & paper plates, but she gets petty about cushions. She also repeated bogus complaint that husband smoked; doesn't smoke & she admitted no evidence of such in 2 seasons; weren't told who complained so we couldn't clear name. She even emailed veiled threat that hotels charge penalty for smoking.Good will now bad will. We were hurt to the core; probably too nice to her. Sorry it ended this way.
