Pretty 2nd floor apartment with garage parking on site

A cosy apartment within a stones throw of the harbour and beach with the benefit of on-site garage parking. Hidden in one of Looes tiny streets Carpenters is ideally placed for exploring the old town on foot. There is a bright double bedroom with an en suite shower room plus an additional futon in the lounge diner. The owners are happy to put a single bed in to the double bedroom if guests require this. The garage parking under the property is a real bonus and there is also a utility room with extra fridge and freezer space and tumble drier. For those of you who enjoy your fishing trips there is a belfast sink and ample worktop for you to deal with the catch of the day! Shops, restaurants and pubs are all just a few yards away yet the location is quiet. Situated in the centre of Looe it is a perfect spot for a break at any time of the year.

Carpenters has a sister apartment Stonemasons in the same block which is also available for holiday letting.
