Marble floors, exotic granite in kitchen and bathrooms, top end appliances, wine cooler, rainfall showers, Jacuzzi, 70-inch LCD TV (1) in the living room, 50-inch LCD TV (1) bedroom, washer and dryer and more....There is also a contract from us to be signed besides the one with home away. Location is king!

Overall a good stay, great location and a phenomenal view, very nice wrap-around deck with ocean and downtown views. And very nice to have two bed / 2 bath with Queen bed in each room, seems hard to find a property down there for two adult couples. I appreciated the owner allowing us to self-park our vehicle, it is normally valet parking and it can get really busy. The one thing that still sticks out to me is the paperwork to finalize the stay - after paying for it, you sign a contract with the owner. And then each person / couple has to go through a financial background check and be approved to stay there. And after that, another contract with the property itself. Maybe that is normal for the area, but it really seemed too invasive for a one week stay.

Great Place - Great Location

Can't say enough about our 3 week stay at La Perla. Accomodations were great - modern / large tvs / every appliance you can think of / Lacoste and Tommy Hillfinger towels and linens. And location is superb - on the beach at the Newport Pier / Beach Bar Restaurant. 31st Floor wrap around view cannot be beat. Most of all, Melinda was a pleasure to work with. Responsive and professional. Thank you to her! Even the front desk staff and valet were extremely accomodating. We will be back :)

Awesome Condo - Great Location

Our family had the best time staying here. The views are incredible, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. Convenient location with shops/restaurants nearby. Great communication with manager. Would stay here again.

I have completely remodeled the condo since I have bought it and will continue to do so in order to keep everything up to date and modern.
