Are you looking for a home away from home for your summer vacation?
You have found the place! Our home is a great family-friendly condo
that sleeps 10 people and is just 3 blocks from the beach in the
Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on the first floor, our
home has four bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open living room and
dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We'd like your stay to be
as stress-free as possible so we provide beach towels, 10 beach tags, and beach chairs. If your work travels with you on your vacation, our home is equipped with wireless
internet. Our home also offers seating on the front and back porches, an
enclosed garage for storage, a driveway for one parked vehicle.

Dream beach holiday

Tom is a very nice and kind host. He made sure to contact us by phone few days prior arrival. He answered all our questions. The condo is well maintained, decored and equiped. The cleaning wasn’t top notch, the cleaning team roughly cleaned. We did our own cleaning at arrival and departure. It is the only bad point I can mention. We want to come back next year for sure.

OC of my dreams

This was a badly needed week of rest, relaxation and recharging. We also celebrated my retirement after a career spanning 45 years. What a comfortable house and convenient location. "Everything" is within walking distance. Looking to rent for a week again summer of 2023.

Perfect location

This was the perfect property for our vacation. The house was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental for our family. I would totally rent this house again.
