Great little getaway on Lake Hamilton but close to all Hot Springs has to offer

Why Steve Mallett chose Lake Hamilton
This property is a ground floor with direct access from parking lot. This unit is adjacent to the pool and tennis court and is perfect for families with kids or for folks who can't negotiate the steps at most of the other units in the complex. While it is not directly on the water and has a limited view, it still provides access to the lake and has other advantages that the waterfront units don't. The location of the property is what sold us on buying in this complex as it is close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We were also impressed with the property manager and the condition that the grounds and buildings are kept.
What makes this Condo unique
Very short boat ride to Fisherman's Wharf, Back Porch Grill, Boathouse Restaurant, the Belle of Hot Springs and several other restaurants, which we really enjoy.

Property is great, and great for families. My only concerns were the WiFi that was not sufficient to look at most anything. Restaurants, Maps, Social Media. 2 parking spaces were provided but had to continuously ask people to move their vehicles into visitor spots or their own. But they were nice about it.
But it is a nice facility and very clean.
Condo was great. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space. WiFi was a little sketchy but was cloudy all weekend and I’m not sure what the service was so that could be the issue. Owner very accommodating and quick to respond. Would come again,
A convenient, quiet location for sisters to visit, shop and just enjoy some time together. We enjoyed the unit very much.
Great price.. nice condo
It was like staying in an apartment. We had all the conveniences of being at home but all the added benefits of being by the lake. Very clean and spacious.
Enjoyed our stay
The condo was perfect and had everything we needed or wanted. If only the weather would have been better and less pollen but know that is April in HS. Again enjoyed our quiet stay in your great condo. Becky and Dell M
