The apartment is located in Cala Marmacen in the Port of Andratx, in an exclusive and quiet community with direct access to the sea. The community has landscaped gardens and a swimming pool from which one could get the impression of swimming directly into the sea.

Lazy days by the pool are always a great way to switch off on vacation and there are so many vantage points from which to soak up the awesome views that inspiration is never far away. But if you do decide to travel further afield, your apartment is only 3-minute drive to the port with its shops, restaurants, grocery shops and the marina area. The famous Portals Nous Marina is only at 20-minute drive and the airport is at 30-minute.

The garden door leads you to an attractive green lawn with a large front porche, french doors leads you into a large and comfortable living room, dignified by a stunnig painting of a majorcan landscape.

An air of gentle serenity pervades this house, emphasized by the clean white décor and hand-picked designer furnishings, it is provided with a TV, DVD player (and Wi-Fi).

All that ozone will make you sleepy and three delightful bedrooms are ready to welcome you.

The apartment of 140 m2 has 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, and 3 bathrooms with showers. The Master has a bathroom en suite.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator and wine cooler. In the kitchen there is a high table with 2 stools for any quick meal. The kitchen opens onto a rear garden with sandstone walls.

The whole house is renovated and decorated by a team of interior designers of Home & Design whose aim is to seek maximum comfort in an exclusive atmosphere. There is air conditionning and WIFI.
