Incredible location with comfortable and clean top floor accommodations. Enjoy the waterside views, and walk through the tropical landscape path that leads out to the beachfront heated pool. Walk the beach and view the dolphins. Just as close, stroll and enjoy dining at the Crow's Nest Tavern & Marina Restaurant. Afterwards, walk out on the jetty for the fabulous sunsets and the returning boats. Shop for antiques and gifts on Miami Avenue and discover the many other fine restaurants, shops and performances at the Playhouse Theatre that line and surround the old Florida charm of Venice Avenue.

Quaint, homey feel. Clean and inviting with all the amenities.
Walk to the beach and surrounding area. Venice never seems to disappoint.
Very nice Condo
Very clean. People staying there are very friendly. Would stay there again.
Nice, clean place for 2 close to beach and pool
My wife and I had a very nice stay for the month of January 2017. The condo is clean and well kept, and has about any essential one might need. It is somewhat small, but very adequate for two. The "headline" picture with the listing is a little deceiving as it might make you think the condo shown in that picture is the one you will get. This condo is actually a short distance across the street and a short walk through the garden areas of other condos. It is located on the second floor, in case someone has difficulty with steps, and it overlooks one of the inlets where some very nice boats are moored. The condo is less that 100 yards from the Crow's Nest, which is listed as the #1 restaurant in Venice, and it is a short walk from the south jetty where you can watch the seabirds, some fishermen, and the boats coming and going. If you have never been to Venice, it is a small and easy going town with lots of activities to enjoy. There is a weekly farmer's market, concerts in the gazebo, and we even got to see a pet parade of the many dogs. One thing we learned of from some friends was the Drum Circle on Nokomis Beach every Wednesday and Saturday just before sunset. For those of who may be old enough to the hippie days of the 60's and 70's, it may spark a memory.
Great place to spend a month in the sun.
We loved our monthly rental in Bahia Vista. The proximity to the pool and beach was great. The sunset will be in our minds, to take us thru the rest of the winter when we leave.
The one bedroom was enough for two people. The people who rented this past winter are new renters and regulars, and the were a friendly group. Our building(K) had a Sunday get together that was nice.
If your are a golfer, they have a men's golf group that plays every Wed.
Close to stores and restaurants on Venice St. and in Venice.
Easy access to everywhere.
Bob & Toni
We view it as our second home and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
Great Vacation Rental
Our first vacation rental & we really lucked out. This condo has a great location. It's clean, comfortable & cute. Owner provides thoughtful amenities to make your stay even nicer. Everything you need is here. Hated to leave & would definitely come back.
Lovely stay in November
My wife and I stayed for the month of November at this first floor condo,it was very quiet being the off season. The condo was very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed and would have wanted.Condo in a great position and very handy for the beach and our favourat place in the world - the jetty. We saw so much wildlife including a manatee that swam passed the condo one morning.Would recommend this holiday if you like it quiet which we do.
Bike and charter boats rentals available at the Crow's Nest Marina Restaurant. Fish off the nearby jetty or the pier at the public beach down the road. There are tennis courts in town and many other attractions without ever leaving the island. If you choose drive up Route 41 and explore Sarasota's Armond Circle, Ringling Museum, Mote Aquarium and other nearby attractions.
