Northport Haven should probably be renamed Northport Heaven. Our 20 member family, ages 2 1/2 to 66, so enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and well appointed. Bedrooms and living areas were not only spread out, but comfortable. The view, the lake, the beach-priceless. As the lake is shallow for quite a distance, it is ideal for the younger kids. Walking the beach provided a daily treasure hunt for Petoskey stones. Spotty cell phone service meant no constantly ringing phones... :-). Our rental agency, Leelanau Vacation Rentals, was topnotch in all communications! Don't wait: pick up the phone and book this property. You will not be disappointed!
From our 90 year old mother to her one year old great grandchild, 17 of us (from all over the country) gathered to stay in this gorgeous home for 4 nights/5 days --- with other family members and friends visiting to play cards, cook, watch football (Michigan State, miraculously, beat Michigan), walk the beach collecting Petoskey stones, talk, laugh and play! All of us gathered together to celebrate a beautiful wedding at Willowbrook Mill in Northport. It was perfection ... absolute perfection! Thank you!
