Vacation Rental Description:
Our custom built spacious home over looks a beautiful deep
water canal and is located in the Paradise Village Community at Shell Point, Florida. It is only 30 miles south of Tallahassee, Fl.
The house sits on an angle on the property to allow for an excellent view of the boats coming and going. Most of the boat traffic is fishermen and some are joy riders just looking. There is always a friendly wave. The view of the canal can be enjoyed from the Florida room with the comforts of indoor air conditioning, the screened in back patio or from the swing hanging from the big oak tree in the back yard. Channel markers start at the end of the canal and guide boats safely into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico just around the bend.

A new extra large private dock is right outside the backdoor of the house as well as a stainless steel fish cleaning station with running water. A private bench sits on the dock. The boat ramp is located nearby. If you are an avid fisherman you will need ice...this home rents with a very large capacity ice machine. You will not be buying ice...just bring plenty of ice chests.
