This beautiful Town Home is located near Vanderbilt Drive and State Road 41 which makes for a great location in North Naples. We are just 8 tenths of a mile from Vanderbilt Beach and walking distance from shops and local restaurants and 2 Movie theaters.

This 1900 Sq Ft. Town Home has a 1 car garage with a washer & dryer. The interior is done in a typical Cape Cod style with a dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace for those winter months when we get that slight chill in the air. For your enjoyment we have 4 Flat Sceen TV's, located in the rooms with basic cable provided. The living room sleeps two for guests. There is also a full living room upstairs and a game/card table provided for when your guests need a little privacy

of their own, this also sleeps 2.There are 2 master bedrooms that have attached full bath rooms. The first master bedroom is down stairs on the main floor done up in lovely whites and yellows which are shown throughout the house. There is a newly renovated bathroom & shower on the main floor. The bathroom upstairs has newly renovated spa like shower with pulsating jets. All the rooms have ceiling fans and you have a newly renovated full operational kitchen. In fact the entire home was renovated as of Oct 2017 which will be depicted in the new set of photos by November this year.We have provided 4 bikes for your use when you decide to take that short ride to the beach next door to the Ritz Hotel. If not take a dip in our heated beautiful pool next door. If you are not looking to go out

to dinner we have provided a BBQ in our screened in patio, so just relax for the night.We supply all the towels you"ll need for the beach along withe umbrellas and carriers to haul your items to our beautiful beaches.All bathrooms are supplied with most of your creature comforts with hair dryers towels

We like to think that this visit to Cathy's Cottage is what you have always dreamed of. The sunsets are romantic, the Gulf is appealing and we hope that we make your stay here so enjoyable that you want to return next year or tell your friends about your stay..

About Ronald Baranski

Cathy is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner working in the field go oncology for over 35 years. She is well loved by all she attends to She is practicing in West Palm Beach Fl and has an excellent reputation in this field of medicine. She is also a very accomplished singer and a fantastic wife and mother.

Ron as you can see by the photo has recently retired after 50 years in Law Enforcement retiring as a Captain with the Broward County Sheriff's Office. After all those years of dedication to the service of others he is finally able to spend a well deserved time to be with his family and friends.

Cathy & Ron have been married and together for over 38 years of a fantastic life together. Ron likes to tell people he is on a 38 year Honeymoon and we like to share that happiness with our guests at Cathy's Cottage. Even though the place did not need an overhaul we both felt that renovation of our home will do us good and the people that stay here. All of ours guests have always treated our home like it was their home and that makes it even more enjoyable to see that everyone who leaves Cathy's Cottage knows they have been to some place special and loved..

The association requires a one time $100 fee for a first time renter
application.
There will be a $500 reservation holding deposit which is applied
toward the rental payment upon your arrival. This holding deposit
will be fully refundable if you cancel 120 days prior to your date of
reservation.
There will be a security deposit of $500 which is refundable 15 days
after your departure, but most returning guests use that toward the
holding of the dates for the following year.
There a a charge for electric if you go over the $150 alotted for the
month. The average use is normally $65 t $90 per month.Local phone
service is free.
