I owned a condo in Santa Rosa Dunes that was a townhouse for 25 yrs. I sold it to my daughter and bought one in the high rise with an elevator. My husband and I owned and operated the first one together. I am now a widow. I love the beach and spend most of my time there. I live in Pensacola and love managing and caring for my condo. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and helping them with their vacations on Pensacola Beach. My family is very important to me. We all love the beach. It is a joy to have my daughter now ownning my other condo and renting hers out also. Since she and her husband do not live in Pensacola, I also help with her condo rentals.

Owned a condo in Santa Rosa a Dunes for over 26 yrs. Best family condos on the beach. It is located on 18 acres. It is landscaped beautifully and well kept. There is plenty of out door space to walk and play games. The Olympic pool is beside my condo. The Panasonic views of the Gulf and Bay or gorgeous. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking from my 3 private balconies. I have lived in Pensacola for over 60 years. Our sugary white sands are gorgeous with the Emerald Blue Gulf waters. Pensacola is famous for Home of the Blue Angels and Pensacola Navy base and Museum. It is also the oldest city in America. It has so much history to visit. Ft Pickens State Park is just a few miles down from my condo. You can visit the old caves and see Geronimoes cell. There is plenty of water sports and activities to do on the beach. Also AA Baseball Team. Visit Downtown Pensacola Historical places and also plenty of night life and Festivals Monthly. I enjoy it all.
Best of both worlds. Gorgeous Gulf and Bay Views from every room and 3 balconies. Relax from any of the balconies. My favorite time of the day is watching the sunsets from my balcony. You can also open the blinds and watch the sunrise from the Master bedroom or Living Room and Dining Room. Walk to Peg Leg Pete's Seafood Restaurant. It is the favorite one on the Beach. Our property is located down the street from the main activities and more quiet, yet close enough to enjoy it all. From May to September there is a free Trolly car that stops near our condo. It will take you all over the beach and back. It comes by every 20 minutes so you can come and go as you please. The city night lights are gorgeous from all windows and balconies. There is a gorgeous view from the living room across the bay.
Out of 33 years vacating at Santa Rosa Dunes i have lost count of many times dealing with Sue Grant, always a pleasure. As for the condo 1041 it would be hard to find any better there in the Dunes. nothing is lacking location location location everything is at your finger tips also would like to mention the views and the convenience. Our family will return.
The condo was perfect...clean, bright and roomy and the location couldn't be more perfect!
Everything you could need was there...I could have packed much less because the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area were well stocked.
The bay is just outside the doors of the living room....beautiful to watch the sunset on the bay and from the front you can see the beach, such a perfect spot. The grand kids loved playing in the bay and the ocean beach side. The pool is huge and even on the week of July 4th it wasn't crowded!
Sue you are the perfect host...there when you are needed and only a call away. Thank you again for
such a wonderful place to forget the every day worries and stress. We will be back again very soon I hope. It was a pleasure to meet you and your son and such a surprise we know your daughter...Small world.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! With amazing views from the front, side, and back of the condo- this condo is in the perfect location. It's an easy walk to Peg Legs, the beach, or to Tom Thumb. The pool was awesome- so clean, never crowded, and quiet.
Sue is so easy to work with- and is always accessible. She was willing to answer any questions that we had before the trip and was accessible during the trip as well. We very much enjoyed meeting her and look forward to staying at this condo again!
We actually stayed here in August 2014. I have a family of 4. This unit was super clean, and fully stocked with everything at our fingertips! She even had an electric grill on the balcony that we used for bacon in the morning. Even though this wasn't directly on the beach, it was right across the street and our view was amazing!!! The balcony was huge and accessible from the master bedroom. The LARGE pool was a favorite spot for us since we have 2 kids who love the water. The restaurant next door has good food, and there was shopping and other restaurants a couple miles drive away. We would definitely return to this condo if we come to Pensacola again.
Four of us stayed at Sue Grant's condo in The Santa Rosa Dunes for six nights and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything in the condo has been well taken care of and the place is very clean. The location is great with easy beach access and close restaurants, but what I enjoyed particularly was the wrap-around porch that is only on the corner units like this one. My wife and I would sit out on the patio in the morning drinking coffee, enjoying the view of the bay and planning our day while my college-aged daughter slept until the crack of noon.
A couple of other nice things: in hot and rainy August, it's great to have a parking spot under the building, right next to the elevator. The little store next door has a lot of what you need in a pinch, but you'll want to go to a grocery store if you're staying for very long. As mentioned, Peg Leg's is a 5-minute walk and is very good but expect a wait even on weekdays. I'd also recommend Red Fish, Blue Fish which is back near the main intersection a few minutes drive away.
Finally, Sue Grant is to be commended for her excellent management. She was there when we arrived and was very thorough in explaining everything and offering advice and assistance. Then she's out of your way and leaves you alone. This is great.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay at Pensacola Beach.
Sue, was excellent helping us plan the vacation to include the Blue Angels and to avoid traffic. This is our 2nd time to rent from her and as always, she was outstanding. Very personable and friendly. More like staying at a friends that the typical business deal condo style that we have run into at other places. The location is excellent - clean large pool, the bay to play in, plus the Gulf to play in - all within easy walking distance. A small convenient store and our favorite restaurant just waling distance from the condo. The elevator and single story plan were a huge plus. Also loved the wrap around balcony so we could see the sun come up and set. Beautiful. Thanks again, Sue. We loved it! (For the record, we traveled have 3 teenagers - 2 boys and 1 girl). Plenty for all of us.
