The Heritage House is a completely restored 6000 sq ft house that has been divided into 3 two bedroom. Each apartment is designed to sleep 6 people. All of the apartments connect onto a central 3 story atrium so the house works well for larger groups. Each apartment also has a private outside entrance. There is a large community room in the house which provides a great place for everyone to gather for meals or movie night or just to celebrate being together.
We had 14 people, 8 adults and 6 children from ages 13 to 1.5 yrs. This property was great for our gathering. It was decorated so wonderfully for the season.
I'm guessing it would be a great place in the summer with the lake just down the road.
Thank you John and Jane Noyer. Happy New Year!
A wonderful place for our 3 families to spend a holiday weekend! The house was clean and in great shape. There are 3 separate kitchens, and 4 living spaces with TV's so everyone could find a place to do their thing. We primarily used the Boathouse kitchen, which was well-appointed with dishes, pots & pans. There were about a half dozen restaurants we could walk to on our way to the lake. Our host John was available as necessary, although there wasn't too much we needed assistance with. We would stay again.
The Heritage house was perfect for our extended family. The place was very clean and comfortable. With all the bathrooms and kitchens it was great for our group. John was great to work with and was very accommodating. the location was good with a short walk to the lake. I highly recommend this house.
Heritage House was a perfect choice for our us. Each family had its own suite for sleeping. We cooked and ate our meals in the main floor suite. The large gathering room was perfect for games and hanging out. The owners provided us with passes to the nearby private beach which was clean and not overly crowded, even on the weekend. I would recommend this property to any large group or family.
Our hosts helped make our stay welcoming, friendly and easy. We had a group of 13 as part of a family reunion on the lake and used the house mainly for sleeping and breakfasts. The three kitchens helped make different schedules easy to accommodate. The large driveway worked well for the six rental cars. Rooms were comfortable and in colorful themes. Being so close to town and the beach is a plus.
Had a big family reunion, plenty of room for everyone.
