Pelican Sound Golf & River Club is a very desirable gated private resort community located between Fort Myers to the north and Naples to the south. It's location is perfect with just a 20 minute drive to Southwest Florida International Airport.

The Golf Club includes a 27 hole championship golf course with a set of seven tees ranging from 4,600 yards to 7,100 yards to accommodate every level of player. Throughout Pelican Sound are six swimming pools for lounging and socializing with family and friends. Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy play on six lighted Har-Tru courts. The Tennis Center offers drills, private lessons, ball machine workouts, group classes, clinics and workshops. In the newly renovated River Club you can enjoy the latest in fitness equipment at the Fitness Center as well as arrange for a personal trainer to get you in shape. Adjacent to the River Club are bocce ball and paddle ball courts. A boat ramp and launch area is also adjacent to the River Club for heading out to land the "big one", and when you return a modern fish cleaning station is available. If you are looking for a more relaxing day, the Pelican Sound's Shuttle Boat will transport you down the Estero River to Lovers Key for a relaxing day enjoying the beach, park facilities and the Gulf of Mexico. Also available for use are kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and canoes. Casual and fine dining are available at the Golf Club which also includes locker rooms and a pro shop. Dining at the River Club which overlooks the Estero River is more casual for enjoying a televised sporting event with friends.

The Pelican Sound Golf & River Club is ideally located with shopping, dining and recreational activities just minutes from home. In less than ten minutes you can find the best in shopping at either the Miromar Outlets with more than 140 top designer and brand name outlets, or Coconut Point, a picturesque outdoor mall with over 140 stores and dining options.

This beautiful first floor condo has 1,300 square feet of spacious living area which opens to a lanai from both the kitchen and living room. The condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a sofa sleeper. The condo also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 40 inch flat screen Smart TV with DVR and wireless streaming 3D Blu-ray Disc / DVD player, wireless internet, all linens, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 bicycles for a leisurely ride around Pelican Sound.

Action packed vacation

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Sound. The condo was very clean, freshly updated and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Jeff was great to work with, responsive and accommodating. Pelican Sound is an action packed community and we availed ourselves of most of the amenities. We golfed, played bocci, swam at two of the six pools, and took the pontoon boat down the Estero river for a 3 hour stay at the beach on lovers key. We had a great time.
