This spacious 2BR/2BA is outfitted with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms have plush towels , bedrooms with soft linens, and the property even has a small grill on the private patio with breathtaking views of downtown Denver and the mountains.
You are located right on the 16th St Mall and can walk to everything downtown Denver has to offer! The convention center is 3 blocks away, a small market is beneath the building, the 16th St Mall is half a block from your front door as well as 100s of Denver's top restaurants and nightlife destinations. You can hop on the free shuttle or walk to Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium/Sports Authority Field as well as museums, live music venues, the Opera, Performing Arts complex to name a few! The location is truly unbeatable.
There is 1 king and 1 queen, plus an oversized queen air mattress. It will sleep 5 comfortably.
1 valet parking space is included and tips are not permitted.
This condo has everything you need to make your stay feel like home.
We also own a local wine/liquor wholesale company can provide wine and spirits at wholesale cost that can be picked up across the street from your building.

Valet, concierge, incredible views, great outdoor space, theater in the building (and one across the st), market and restaurant attached to the building, 1 block to 16th St Mall. The benefits could not be better!
We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities at the building are very nice. The gym was large, not crowded and well equipped. The outside deck area is a great place to relax and enjoy the street view below. The location at the east end of downtown was well placed for our visit with free transportation on the mall just steps away.

Incredible experience overall but what made it amazing was the owner Brittany. Prior to check in she was super responsive to all inquiries. That did not change during or after the stay. She was very professional and helpful. She even took the time to prepare a list of restaurants in the area along with reviews of them. We tried several and they were all great.
The location was perfect. It is right in the middle of the most happening part of town and in walking distance to a mall and quite a few shops and eatery's. Great view of the city from within the unit and on the balcony.
As for the property itself I was being impressed. Very spacious, nicely decorated and quite a few amenities. Additionally the bed was super comfortable. Staying there I felt at home and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Denver and I hope I have a chance to stay there again.
Excellent location and staff!! We truly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. I can't rave enough about the location and the ease of the valet parking. This was exactly what we were looking for. Any inquiries were responded to quickly and we would most definitely recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a well-maintained condo in the heart of downtown Denver. We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and even though downtown was a bit hectic it was still easy to navigate and fun to have all the extra events going on. Thanks for having us!
clean, nicely furnished, tons of space and natural light, huge kitchen. Great gym and access to the 16 st Mall. Can get anywhere in Denver easily. Easy check-in/check out. Would highly recommend!
I came in for a quick business trip and this condo was a dream. Great attention to detail, amazing views of Denver, great location for anyone who has business around the convention center. Furnished beautifully. I could live here! Thank you to the wonderful concierge, to Brittany for her recommendations and the guys at valet. Everything about the stay was perfect.
1600 Glenarm is located in the heart of Downtown Denver, 1 block from the 16th St Mall and 5 blocks to the Convention Center, you can not get a better location! Restaurants, music venues, theater and more are all right outside your door! This is a wonderful place to explore Denver!
