Duquesa Del Mar is located on the Premium Resort of Golf Del Sur in the sunny south of Tenerife. Located between the small fishing village of Los Abrigos and Amarillo Golf with unbroken views of the Atlantic at the front and Mountains to the rear. The complex is Private and not open to the general public.Golf Del Sur is in essence a town with a superb golf course running through it.Not just for golfers but for the more discerning families who require the more up- market holiday.

The Penthouse has three bedrooms.The master with King Sized bed and flat screen TV has an ensuite with jacuzzi bath and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.A second bathroom is equipped with a shower and wc.There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment is fully air conditioned for an additional fee.Free WiFi is includedin the price. A spacious lounge leads off to large Balconies on three aspects.A courtyard completes the fourth aspect so that you never lose the sun. For your peace and comfort we have installed laminated triple glazing and insect screens to all patio doors. The complex has two heated swimming pools a Pub offering free WiFi and a Super Market.

Heather a former Nurse,mother of six and now nanny married Tony a Dentist in 1981.We are both well travelled and chose Tenerife as the perfect Place in the Sun.

Tony is a New Zealander and needed the Sun!! We live in Middle England and love the fact that we can be in our Apartment in 4 hours.

Our apartment is our home away from home and we enjoy sharing that home with our clients.

We wanted and found an apartment that gave us sun, fun, safety, healthy holidays and all the year round! We found our apartment with a beautiful pool, wonderful complex and in a special area of Tenerife.

We set the apartment up to cater for all our needs and continually update and maintain it.We then decided to rent it out whilst not in family use.We wanted to give clients as much as our family.

The area and our apartment is perfect for all types of holiday and all ages.From catering for babies through to lively children or couples who just want to relax, our apartment and the area succeeds in meeting everyone's needs and choices. We want our clients to be as happy as our family is here.

The apartment provides privacy and space in the sun.With many balconies, a beautiful pool and sea close by.You can walk by the sea to the Square with its Spanish atmosphere and restaurants or stay close at a restaurant looking out to sea and the Marina.

Whatever your age or needs,you will find what you want from golf,beauty salons to Aqua Parks,Submarines to wonderful walks or lazy days by the pool. This apartment is the perfect base camp and a place to call your home in the sun.Quiet evenings in with DVD's or hitting the night life in Los Cristianos the choice is yours.

We have found our own Shangri-La

Our second holiday in this apartment should speak for itself. A wonderful, spacious and well furnished apartment, with three balconies overlooking the pool and a nice view of the sea. Although a penthouse apartment, we found access so easy, with ramps or steps from the 'street level' to the lift and easy designated car parking if needed. Duquesa del Mar is a private, securely gated complex with private pool and well tended gardens and landscaping. It is so quite and on many occasions we had the pool to ourselves. With the peace and quite of the complex and the comfort of the new mattresses we certainly needed our alarm clock. Having a contact, if needed, and local to Golf de Sur, was a bonus feature as was the free wi-fi. We have found our own 'Shangri - La' and are due to return in September 2016. Thank you Heather and Tony. xx

stunning views

A wonderful, spacious and well furnished apartment. The owners were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful throughout the booking procedure. Having a contact, if needed, and local to Golf de Sur, was a bonus feature. The views from the balconies ( three of them) were stunning. The complex, together with the pool, was very clean and very quite. Access to the apartment via the lift was easy and although there are four steps up to the door, this apartment would suite a moderately disabled person, with the minimum of help. A very relaxing holiday and I have already booked a further two holidays for 2016.

Fabulous apartment

very impressed with this Apartment the Owners have certainly made sure your holiday is relaxing it has all the utilities you require and is very comfortable great idea with the filtered water and the water machine on the complex saving you a trip to the shop very reasonable too the complex I'd gated and the pool and pool areas are very clean would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet area and superb apartment wil hopefully go back again

Very impressed with this apartment it had everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday the Owners have taken great care in making this apartment attractive with all utilities at your disposal in the apartment and water tap in the kitchen is a great idea with the fresh water refilled using the machine in the complex also as this is a gated complex it was very secure and also very quiet so many thanks to Tony and Heather for making our stay very relaxing and from booking to finish was superb I would rate this apartment highly and would recommend this to fellow travellers as I'm sure many other reviews of this apartment are of the same rating

Fantastic apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful small, quiet complex on the Golof del Sur. Plenty of restaurants and facilities within walking distance, and very well placed for travel to all the "hot spots" that Tenerife can offer. A well appointed apartment with everything to ensure a perfect holiday. The owners were very helpful and provided plenty of information so that we could take full advantage of our time on this beautiful island. Would highly recommend to other people intending to vacation in Tenerife.

The beautiful sandy beach at Red Rock is a short drive away as are other amenities including Horse Riding,Sailing, Wind surfing, Scuba Diving, Go Karting, Parasailing,Deep Sea Fishing ,Mountain Biking,Jeep and submarine safaries.For those that enjoy history-sight seeing trips to Mt Teide,Santa Cruz,La Laguna,La Orotava,Masca and The Pyramids of Guimar should not be missed.
