Luxury south facing villa overlooking a lake with views of the fountain. Situated on the sought after exclusive and upmarket, 24 hrs gated 'Briarwood' community.
This non-smoking home is furnished to the highest specification with luxury being paramount. This is the place to be if you want to visit the fabulous beaches of Naples and the Gulf Coast or visit the Everglades, a great favourite for the whole family, or just chill out and relax around the pool. Only a short 5/10 minute drive to Downtown Naples, marina, the beaches, lovely waterfront restaurant and great shopping.
This spacious home boasts two master en-suite bedrooms each with 'king size' beds. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and the fourth bedroom 2 x single beds. There is cable TV in the lounge and all bedrooms. The pool is an enlarged 30' rectangular shape but for the serious swimmer there are two large community pools on the estate.
Just back from two weeks of Paradise in Naples. We had a great time staying at your Villa in Briarwood. Love the neighbourhood there and the location is great for most things.
Thank you for calling while we were there, very nice of you. The villa was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.
The house is very nice, well maintained, and has high quality furnishings. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty (with a lake), and has gated security (that is always staffed). The owner is very prompt in responding to emails, and is very thorough in giving you all of the information you need for when you show up and when you leave. I have rented this house twice, and have had only positive experiences. The location is not right on the beach, but the beach is only a short drive away, and this house is significantly nicer than the rentals that are closer to the beach and in the same price range. Most importantly, the owner is very responsible and professional. My friends have already suggested we rent the same house next year.
What a peaceful , well run, immaculate villa with a lovely pool. Situated on a friendly gated community with nice neighbours. Near to Naples Main Street and it's beautiful beach. Also close to many quiet beaches with lots of wildlife. You and the management company obviously take pride in your home and it shows. Will be returning next year.Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Our first stay in Naples and also in Florida. We were 7 people. We really enjoyed this place. Very nice house, looking bigger in reality than on the net !! (yes, i know, it's usually the opposite ....). The pool is big enough and very comfortable. We enjoyed to visit the zoo, the everglades, the factory, the beach , .... Very very things to do there if you want to visit, but also super to laze and enjoy the villa. We didn't use the TV cause there are many things to do there, but this villa is fully equipped (american freezer, big sitting room, TV, etc ...) The view on the water is very relaxing and you can meet the bird coming there every day: if you like to take pictures, don't hesitate !!! ... Terry is very kind and a real gentleman. Really, i recommend this place and it's not impossible i will come back there very soon ....
The villa was fantastic and very well maintained and so clean as was Briarwood itself. It was well laid out and equipped very well. As soon as you walked into the villa the air was cool and smelt fresh. The ceiling fans looked really nice and as well as circulating the air well, they looked and felt very relaxing. The security people were very friendly and helpful, one stopped while we were walking around Briarwood having a look and chatted to us about it. There were lots of extra things left by the owners for our use which made the stay more enjoyable. The fishing rods were put to good use for a few hours a couple of days and there were quite a few places that you could fish for free. The water in the pool was very warm which was very nice but perhaps a little to warm if you wanted to go into the pool to cool off.
The beginning of our holiday we spent 10 days in Orlando going round the Disney theme parks and Water Parks and we chose Naples for the last 7 days to relax. As soon as you stepped into the Villa you felt relaxed. We went to Bare foot beach which was very nice and so natural with the trees, vegetation and tortoises roaming about the car park area. We also went to Naples beach which was nice and went fishing on Naples pier which was good. The both days we went there we saw dolphins and a turtle one day. We also went to Sanibel beach too which was nice. All the beaches we went to had lovely white sand. There were cold water drinking fountains just before you went on the beach which we glad of when we went on and came off the beach. There were plenty of showers to use after you came off the beach,
We would love to go back to Naples and hopefully will one day and would definately stay here again.
We loved Naples on our first visit in 2010 and decided to return again this year. Our travel arrangements were different, flying into Fort Myers rather than driving from Orlando, but we rented Terry Condon’s Fountains View villa again. We weren’t disappointed. It was still the same high quality, but with some improvements. Great to see Terry listens to suggestions.
The comfortable beds and the quiet air conditioning and fans still gave that essential good night’s sleep from day 1. The location was perfect, an easy 15 min drive to a few wonderful Naples beaches, with rapid I75 access for further ones. ... you must visit Barefoot Beach Preserve Country Park. The access drive is just unbelievable.
The biggest benefit though was renting direct from an owner as helpful as Terry. We had a glitch with the pool alarm which meant contacting him urgently back in the UK. The issue was dealt with immediately and then through the local agent in an understanding way. There was none of the confrontation and angst in arguing with people to do something. My measure of quality is dealing with a problem quickly. Terry did this. Me trying to shave those few £s off the cost in a different villa is a false economy when something goes wrong.
I should say horrible things to keep gaps open for me to repeat my booking next year. However I can’t do that to Terry. You should book your week’s stay now, before the other satisfied returning customers do.
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week break at Fountain View Villa, Naples Florida. The villa was in a great location and boasted many extras, in particular the extended pool and sunbathing area. The villa is very well maintained and lovingly decorated to a very high standard. The 2 (yes two!) master bedrooms was a bonus!!!
Naples is a great area to visit with plenty to keep you busy - world class golf courses, shopping, everglades, lovely beaches (Naples and Marco Island exceptional) Naples Zoo, and much more.
We travelled as a family with a small child and will be back again as the villa was perfect for us!!

Naples Pier & Beach: The pier is a focal point of Naples Beach and is a historic gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. The city of Naples provides a blanket-fishing licence for the pier, so everyone with a fishing pole is welcome to try his or her luck. A bait shop is located right on the pier. The pier is the best front row seat in town for stunning sunsets. Just one block east is the best charming shopping and restaurant district Third Street South.
Everglades: For a real Florida thrill - swamp buggy and air boat rides, island tours - head south to the Everglades, perhaps stopping on the way at Collier Seminole State Park for a true commune with nature. It's all here for your pleasure and leisure.
Fishing: The fishing is great, fish abound in the translucent water for the pleasure of dolphins, pelicans and humans alike. See the fisherman filleting their daily catch at nearby 'Marco Island'. Or simply stroll along the beach or pier for a panoramic view of the sunset.
