I highly recommend booking this or any other property that Ms. Kim has to offer. Everything we needed was in this home. Property was very clean and well kept. I have entrusted my vacation rental needs with Ms. Kim for over 4 years now and she has always impressed me. Also I can tell the owner of this specific property maintains its up keep to the highest standards. I will never use anyone else for my rental needs!❤
Our family of 7 stayed here a couple weeks ago. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner was very helpful and contacted me personally to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed going to the pool and the beach was close by. We had a great stay!! I would recommend it.
The family had a great time, I would recomend staying at this location. Due to weather we only had one beach day but the pool is fantastic, heated and the hot tub was super hot! The home offers everything you need, we stopped in Gulf Shores to get groceries on our way in. The Sassy Bass is just a few minutes from the house for anything you forgot or need more of (i.e. Milk, Ice, etc.). Kim was fantastic with getting us information prior and during our stay. Fun things we did due to weather:
Fishing in Little Lagoon
Naval Aviation Museum ( 1 Hour Drive)
This condo was roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was very helpful and professional. The beach was minutes away. I would highly recommend it!!
I needed a place that would house my family and my girlfriend's family. We were so thrilled to have found this place. The price is reasonable and the cottage is lovely. This is one-half of a duplex cottage. The surrounding area is quiet and the beach that we had access to was absolutely lovely. We were there during the first week of March, and even though the weather was iffy, we were able to enjoy the beach much of the time. The area was very quiet, even though we were surrounded by cottages in this community. The tennis court was in great condition, and the pool and hot tub were quite nice. I was happy that it was down a ways on the peninsula, because the kids on Spring Break didn't seem interested in leaving the condos on Gulf Shores. The queen I slept in was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable for the teen boy that slept there, but that was easily remedied by putting the mattress on the floor. The manager, Kimberly, was lovely to work with when I was planning the trip. We plan to come back to this place. We are grateful to have found it.
What a great location. The description by the owner(Connie)and her manager (Kim) were dead on. What a lovely place. In the mornings, you could hear the surf crashing onto shore and the birds singing in the trees. Everything was just as advertised. Clean as could be. All appliances worked, the TV was great (flat screens in three of the four rooms) and the beds were very comfortable.
We were highly impressed with the customer service of Kim, the manager of the property. Between emails and txt messaging, Kim was available day and some nights. She really went beyond the call of duty.
We will recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable, quiet and wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores Alabama.
Thank you Connie and Kim,
Mike & Jackie
