Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida Island, this gated South Seas condominium offers everything you will need for an exotic tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.

Located directly on the beach, adjacent to pristine, undeveloped, TigerTail Beach, this renovated unit is one of the larger units, with incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on one side, as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other.

Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony, and collect shells in the warm waters of a crescent-shaped beach lagoon adjacent to your vacation home.

The living room is elegantly decorated with leather furniture. The granite/quartz kitchen has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico (kitchens in some units at the South Seas are enclosed, with no view). The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and has gorgeous pool, beach, Gulf and sunset views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an elevated queen-size inflatable bed. The guest bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing more security for children when parents are asleep. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have wireless internet access.

The South Seas has a heated swimming pool and an exercise room. Tennis is available for an hourly fee. Covered parking is included. Boat dock rentals are available on a per-night basis.

The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Tigertail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.

Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.

Excellent rental property, great location

Property still had a lot of construction going on post Irma. Nonetheless, minimal disruption. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great access to first rate pool and beach. Latter was good for walking. Gym well equipped and maintained. Owner very attentive to our needs. An excellent choice.

A Lovely Week on Marco Island

This is the second year that my husband and I have rented a condo on Marco Island, with the same owner. We appreciate Bob very

much - he is so easy to work with, and treats renters warmly.

We have had wonderful experiences both years.

The renovations were beautiful! They gave such a fresh feel! The view was amazing from our

balcony.

Great location, excellent modern condo!

This was our first time to Marco Island and were were more than pleased with our choice of condos. The view was fantastic and this unit had just been beautifully remodeled. Bob, the owner was awesome to work with.

This condo was totally renovated, including new furnishings, due to damage from hurricane Irma. We were very fortunate to have these guests visit us the week following reconstruction. Try as hard as we did, there were minor items that needed to be addressed. We live here on Marco Island full time, so were able to respond quickly when contacted. A little leftover construction dust that seemingly came from nowhere was remedied with new airconditioning filters etc. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to work with us. We genuinely look forward to seeing you again!

Wonderful stay, beautiful condo.

First off, I would like to say all the great reviews that you see are true, The Kimbles, are wonderful people to deal with your vacation plans.They treat you like family, not a like annoying renter, like other places that we have stayed. They are helpful on things to do in the area, if you have questions. My son and I enjoyed Wootens Air boats in Everglades city, And and you have to go to lunch at the Rod and Gun club in Everglade City It takes you back in time to time, time to old Florida, and also has great food. The unit is wonderful, with amazing views of Tiger tail lagoon, and beach. It has everything that you need for your family. What I also like South seas also, it is gated community so you feel very safe. Not crowed like other places. Like the pictures show two bedrooms two baths, its always clean, very updated. The Beach is beautiful, and you have to walk north along the beach by Tiger tail to see a unspoiled, uncrowded beach that has not been developed, and its amazing. We really had a great time, planning on come back next year. Thanks again, Mr and Mrs Kimble for a wonderful, much need vacation.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

I just returned from 7 days in this condo with my husband, our 3 children ages 7, 5, and 3, and my two teenage sisters ages 19 and 16. We played at the beach, the pool, we rode jet skis with Dolphin Cove Marina, we went fishing with Fins & Grins, we ate at the Snook Inn, Nacho Mama's, Cocomo's, Joey's, and Doreen's for breakfast one day (cereal in the condo every other day, but you have to have Doreen's orange juice once). We got Beebe's Ice Cream nearly every evening after dinner. I also took naps on more days than not. If you are not a full-time working mother of 3, you may not understand the gravity of that statement. But it was amazing.

We have been to Marco Island a number of times and always stayed at the Hilton, but as our family has gotten bigger, the need for laundry, a second bathroom, and a full size refrigerator has grown.We have stayed in VRBOs in a number of cities and have had a wide range of experiences. Bob could write the manual on how to host - he was available the few times we needed him, and then otherwise left us alone. The instructions for checking in and navigating were flawless and the condo had everything we needed for a week of fun - from coffee filters and a pot to make oatmeal to shopping carts to bring your groceries up from the car and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on other than my own.

As far as some of the other comments go that I considered before we made our reservation, the walk to the beach is definitely further than the Hilton. You pay for that proximity. I did not find the distance to be prohibitive, even for my 3 year old, and the point was kind of to be outside. We liked that we could go either to the Gulf or the Lagoon. The complex does have some strict rules for conduct - I was initially worried about having my kids yelled at all week for laughing too loud. However, nothing could be further from the truth. We were welcomed everywhere we went, and everyone else followed the rules too. I never saw anyone being yelled at but no one cannon-balled my baby in the pool all week. If you can't bear to give up the personal autonomy to have the option to act like a crazy coed, this might not be the place for you, but I loved the warmth and safety my family felt for our entire stay. I honestly cannot believe how little I paid for the accommodations we enjoyed this week. We want to plan another week already! Very highly recommended!

Location

Parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the

beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle/scooter rentals are near by on

Marco Island.

There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of

cuisines.

Within 30 minutes driving distance are airboat tours, and

the famous Williams Roadside Park, which offers exciting views of

Florida alligators in their natural habitat. Floridians travel

hundreds of miles to show this popular attraction to friends and

relatives, so it's an adventure you'll not want to miss.

Airports:

1/2 hour to Naples; 1 hour to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft.

Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami; and 3 hours to Tampa. Tampa has many

discount flights. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island

Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.

Note: Major car rental agencies in Florida allow rentals from

one Florida airport to be dropped-off at another Florida airport

with no drop charge. If your family's best airfare is to Miami, for

example, renting a car in Miami with a drop in Naples costs no more

than the local rental fee.
