About the property

Condo, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, Sleeps 4

Welcome to sunny Florida and a chic condo that will make your beach retreat even more spectacular! Offering access to great amenities like a boat dock, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and, best of all, extremely close proximity to the beach, this condo offers you the perfect escape to ease your mind and work on your tan.

Housed in the Inn at St. Thomas Square community, this condo is close to everything fun. The boat dock is located along Grand Lagoon, and for a fee you're welcome to bring your boat and prepare for awesome family outings on the water. If not, you can always take advantage of the pool on the property. Walking right across the street to the beach is easy too.

This condo includes hardwood floors and inviting furnishings and decor. The living room is open yet cozy. You can settle on the couch to watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen TV, or you can Instagram a picture of your nice balcony view with the home's free WiFi.

The kitchen, outfitted in white cabinetry and black appliances, includes plenty of counterspace and a dishwasher to help you out with cleanup. Two barstools offer informal breakfast bar seating while a dining table in front of the kitchen offers seating for six additional guests.

With one bedroom and one bathroom, this condo can sleep up to four lucky guests. The bedroom includes a king bed, but a sofabed provides additional sleeping space. The bedroom also includes a chaise lounge from which guests can look out onto the balcony. The bedroom also has a cable-equipped TV.

The bathroom, decorated in deep greens and browns, has a double vanity and lots of space. A stacked washer and dryer are included for guests' added convenience.

Panama City Beach has small-town charm but offers big-time fun. During the day, spend time at the beach fishing, surfing, parasailing, wave running, or jet skiing. During the evening, hit the town and visit Club LaVela or Spinnaker. Kids will love Zoo World or Ripley's Believe It or Not! and everyone will appreciate the salty breeze of the warm Florida air.

So book your stay now, and bask in the perfection that is the Sunshine State!

About Vacasa, FL - Emerald Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!

Nice place for the price

 • 4 of 5

I opted to stay here because it was a good deal, and I was going down to meet some friends for a few days who were staying in a beachfront condo. I was pleased. My condo here was much larger than theirs, a very short distance from theirs, and very nice.

The condo was well equipped and clean. I didn't spend much time here, mainly coming in to sleep and to get ready for the next day's events, but it served me well. I was alone, but the condo would have been very nice for a family who could make use of the large sleeper sofa and the King sized bed. The home is large enough that a large family or one with more than two children would find it easy to put up an air mattress or something similar to accommodate even more than four people.

The only downside was the noise in this location from the roads outside. Motorcycles and diesel trucks seemed to be powering by at all hours. That is not the fault of the owners or of vacasa, and there's nothing either can do to change that - such things are present in PCB no matter where one is staying.

Location is great, it's close to everything in PCB, even a Walmart is conveniently located nearby. There's plenty of laces to have fun, to eat, etc. and the beach is no piece away.

If I come to PCB again in the near future, I will stay in this condo if it's available. It was comfortable, safe, affordable, and I felt at home. I would recommend this property to any of my family or friends traveling to this area, as well.

Thanks!

The condo is nice and clean but.....

 • 3 of 5

The condo was clean but I have to agree with some of the other commenters on here, the bed in the couch is not comfortable at all, there is a bar that is on your back. The bedroom bed is comfortable but the traffic outside is so loud it makes it impossible to sleep. I had to turn the tv up loud to drown out the street noise. The kitchen needs cookie sheets PLEASE, I had to use a casserole dish to cook my biscuits. For the money you pay it is worth the money, just take ear plugs lol the pool is nice, except for having to listen to the people ride the go carts on the loud wooden track next door. The walk to the beach isn't too bad. There is a public beach access to the left of the tall condo across the street. The only thing I didn't like was there is not a water hose to rinse the sand off, we improvised and filled a sandcastle bucket from the ocean and toted it to the walkway to rinse the sand off, just an idea. And if you are handicapped they do have parking there for you to park by the walkway. All in all we had a good trip, if you get a new sofa bed and cookie sheets it would have been a higher score! I don't know what you could do about the noise from the passing cars outside. Oh and the Mexican restaurant below the condo is AMAZING!!

Clean and nice.

Wished they wouldn't have set AC to their liking could have had more toilet paper than 2 rolls, for a 7 day visit. Definitely will look for a room away from road, it was to loud every night.
