Large porch on outboard side facing due east. Six comfortable chairs, fish cleaning table, Weber propane barbeque pit. There is also a seafood boiler and fish fryer for your use.
I have recently purchased the Miss Fortune from my step-father, Fred Lewis, who will continue to be involved in the operations and guidance to make your stay the most enjoyable possible.
There is no better fishing in the world than in Venice, LA., in my opinion.
The most relaxing time of day is enjoying family and friends in the afternoon, cooking and sipping on the porch after a day of fishing or hunting.
This is out 2nd time and Steve was a great bonus taking care of us last minute and I mean last minute. It's probably not the fanciest place in Venice, but very nicely appointed with everything you need. When the air or heat comes on it comes ON. We enjoy it greatly as all the boats have to pass you and after learning people down there we yell back and forth and it's a cool little spot. All in all we stay there because it is nice, has what we need(grill, enough space for 6, extra freezer, and you can get ice from next door if needed). Would recommend. Once again can't say enough about Steve being a great help. Scott Murphree and gang, Feb 2017
