Enjoy our smoke-free and pet-free Villa in AUGUST 2018 at REDUCED RATE! The weather is really nice in OCTOBER, and our villa is available!

Secure wireless internet and Yamaha gas golf cart with lights and rain enclosure are included! Our villa is clean and fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The privacy fence encloses the courtyard with patio (with gas BBQ grill and 2 comfortable lounge chairs!) and screened lanai for cherished privacy. All utilities, flat-screen TVs with 200 channels and DVR capability through Centurylink in the living room and master bedroom, secure wi-fi high-speed internet (just bring your laptop or other wireless device; ethernet wired connection available in the kitchen), premium phone service (with unlimited long distance in the continental U.S., caller ID and answering machine), weekly lawn service, semi-weekly trash collection, and taxes are included. In addition to central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans are in the living room, both bedrooms and on the screened lanai. All linens are provided. We have wood-tone laminate floors to minimize dust and for easy cleaning, and we have recently repainted the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen to brighten it up.

Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and the master bath has a solar tube for added light, a walk-in shower, shower stool, and blow dryer for convenience. The guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The eat-in kitchen includes a table and 2 chairs, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, small appliances (coffee pot, toaster oven, mixer, electric can opener, crock pot, food processor, etc.), cooking utensils and dishes. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a matching buffet, pass-through access to the kitchen, and a sliding glass door that opens to the patio and gas BBQ grill. The sliding glass door in the living room opens to the screened lanai with another table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs.

Two DVRs with CenturyLink Prism TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD/FM stereo, books, DVD and video movies, and games are provided for your entertainment. An exercise/walking trail and pool are within walking distance. The daily newspaper with local activities is provided.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage which has a remote door opener and room for a car with the golf cart (provided). We have a whole-home water softener to provide better-tasting water and to counter the negative effects of hard water on skin, hair and clothes. We also provide regular pest control, and cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.

When you stay at our Villa, you are entitled to all the amenities of a resident in The Villages, including free golf on over 15 Executive courses, access to several beautiful recreation centers and a private residents' club and restaurant with nightly entertainment and dancing. Our villa is located near the Savannah Center and Nancy Lopez golf course. We provide a Yamaha gas golf cart with lights and rain enclosure for easy access around The Villages and golf courses and travel all the way to all Town Squares with no worries. We also have roadside assistance for the golf cart.

Due to allergies and health issues of owners and future guests, no animals of any kind and no smoking are permitted on our property.

We maintain this lovely villa with the intention of living in it in a few years. We treat our villa as a home rather than a rental property. We have had guests returning 7+ years at certain times of the year because they love it as much as we do.

We had the opportunity to stay in this villa before we stayed in another villa managed by The Villages Property Management (it's been all downhill from here!).

We were "spoiled" by our December stay in this villa. We met the owner in person, and she told us she equipped her villa with ordinary conveniences she would want as a renter such as a barbeque grill, high speed internet, a phone in the bedroom, and an adequate number of cooking pots and pans in the kitchen (and more than one spatula). This villa was also very clean and ell-maintained, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for the comforts of home!

The Villages is an active 55+ adult community. Basic guest amenities including free golf on Executive courses, access to several beautiful recreation centers and swimming pools, and a private residents' club and restaurant with nightly entertainment. In addition to the basic free guest amenities, two guest IDs providing access to Championship Golf Courses and Country Club Pools are available for length of stay for $50 payable to The Villages. The Villages has a shuttle service between The Villages and the Orlando Airport.

We spent the month of December at the villa. It is clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood close to the local pool and shopping. We liked the fact it did not have carpet. Great for those with allergies. There was a gas golf cart which we found had much more pep than the electric ones. The owner, Colleen, goes the “extra mile” to make sure your stay is comfortable. We hope to return on our next vacation in the Villages.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We have spent the last 2 winter seasons in this clean , comfortable and convenient rental. This villa is a short golf cart ride away, from the Mulberry recreation and business center, which includes a Publix, and a Walgreens. The owner is very kind, careing , and easy to work with. She is always on top of any problem that my come up. This Villa contains all the amenities one would expect in a vacation rental, including an electric golf cart! We would recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to spend time in the The Villages!

This is an excellent property in a nice area.

This property is well maintained with a landlord who looks after your every need.The listing description is right on.We've been staying there in November for the past 6 years and wouldn't even look for another place.There's golfing,swimming,exercises, and entertainment at three squares every night where you can dance or just sit and listen to the music and watch other people dance.There are many varieties of restaurants in the area.I would recommend this property to all of my friends and relatives.The owner is an excellent and friendly person to deal with.

A Great Choice

This immaculately clean, nicely furnished villa is a light and cheerful abode. The courtyard walls provide total privacy. Because it's located close to Buena Vista Blvd., a main thoroughfare, it's easy to get anywhere. Both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing are less than 15 minutes away by car.

Best of all, the owner is a real "peach." (She's even from Georgia.) Colleen is very accommodating. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, she takes care of it right away. This is our third winter in this villa. The only reason we're leaving is that we bought a house. We love The Villages lifestyle.

Free nightly entertainment at 3 village Town Squares, dancing, swimming, tennis, boccie, shuffleboard, pickleball, basketball, horseshoes, billiards and much more! Golfing on executive and Championship (Nancy Lopez, Arnold Palmer, and others) courses is a major attraction for many. Recreation centers feature multiple social activities such as cards and games. Nearby bowling alleys, movie theaters, boating, fishing, fitness centers, shopping, restaurants, and much more! An hour to Orlando and Disney parks. Something for everyone!
