This picture perfect cottage is on the red brick road neighborhood of the Ninth Street Alley in the historic railroad district. It's conveniently located in walking distance to the bike path, downtown, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park, excellent restaurants, yoga studios, a tea and bath house, Ashland Food coop and all Ashland has to offer.
This property is quiet, peaceful, bright and clean. It has vaulted ceilings, Oak hardwood and tile floors, and wonderful natural light. The largest bedroom has a generous walk-in closet and queen bed. There is a spacious kitchen with tile countertops and a large dining area. Adjacent to the main living areas is a wooden French door leading to a stone patio and private secret Japanese garden. It has a cozy covered porch, and an attached single-car garage with additional guest parking. The smaller bedroom can be used for sleeping and/or daytime relaxing (large TV, foldout couch, desk, bright window). It is fully equipped with abundant home amenities: full wireless internet access, a large TV, deep soaking tub, dishwasher, queen-sized bed, gas fireplace, kitchenware, trash pickup, heat/AC.
This home makes a great getaway spot and your own retreat center in the gorgeous Rogue Valley.
While this is my coveted home base, I also travel yearly due to business and relationships.
