Located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac, but close to major roads, restaurants, stores, and shopping. Close to 690, Thruway, 81, and about 20 minutes from anything in Syracuse. Close to Syracuse University (20 min. to campus).

Beautiful home- modern, updated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Fully furnished and well equipped. Has toys that can be left out if you want for young children. Truly a move in ready home looking for long term renters (minimum of 1 month, looking for 3-6 month renters, but are flexible with dates and how long).

Onondaga Lake Park is minutes away, Destiny USA is 10 minutes, Great Northern Mall is 10 minutes, Wegmans is 6 minutes away. 15 minutes to downtown, 3 minutes to 690 so can get to East Syracuse area easily.

Damage Insurance £76.91

We are looking for long term renters and are flexible in our dates. We are looking for renters starting January 2016 through April 2016, but could do a little earlier (December) and/or a little later (into May). We have 3 year old twins so we have tons of kids toys at your access if you would like. We have a master bedroom with queen bed and master bath (soaking tub and stand up shower). A guest bedroom with queen bed. We have two other bedrooms that have cribs in there now (cribs with the sides down- so more of toddler beds). Those can be turned into normal cribs, or can be changed into full beds. There is a large bonus room that acts as a second living room upstairs. This can also be turned into a bedroom/playroom/or office.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
