Brise Del Mar is a beautiful ocean view property in the exclusive gated Jubilation subdivision on Cape San Blas. The house offers views of the Gulf, an amazing front porch, serene setting, and a luxurious interior. The house is also adjacent to the neighborhood pool which has spectacular views to the Gulf.
Brise Del Mar's large Southern-style front porch is the perfect setting for enjoying a morning cup of coffee listening to the peaceful sound of the breaking surf. Stroll down the adjacent boardwalk to one of the quietest beaches in the U.S. and enjoy a morning walk dolphin-spotting or shell collecting. After a day of fun on the beach or in the Bay, relax on Brise Del Mar’s screen porch and watch the sun set over the beautiful, undeveloped nature preserve just behind the house. You might even catch sight of a bald eagle soaring above the trees.
The layout of Brise Del Mar is ideal for families wanting room to spread out. The upstairs combines a spacious living and dining area with a large kitchen (complete with gas cooktop and quartz countertops) -- great for family or group gatherings. And when the adults need quiet time, the large downstairs den is the perfect place to send the kids.
Brise Del Mar was built to be a home -- not just a vacation rental. As such, it has great "bones" (e.g. spacious rooms, high ceilings, high quality materials and systems, acoustic insulation, and more), as well as a designer's attention to detail in the upscale finishes, fixtures, appliances and furnishings. Q: How close is the house to the pool and the beach?
A: The house is only about 40 yards from the pool, with a nice view to the Gulf from there. The beach is another 200 yards, accessed by a boardwalk across a beautiful marsh.
Q: Do you have beach chairs and umbrellas?
A: We keep at least a couple of beach chairs at the house, as well as a beach cart. They are secured with bicycle-style locks, so you would simply need to contact me upon arrival for the lock codes. Otherwise, inexpensive chairs & umbrellas are available at several stores nearby.
Q: Will you allow a small, well-behaved pet?
A: Sorry, but at this time, we do not allow any pets.
Q: Do you have a grill?
A: Yes, there is a Webber charcoal grill
Q: Do you have a fold-out sofa bed?
A: No. We maintain a strict guest limit of 9 people.
Q: Will you discount your rate?
A: We will occasionally advertise a rate discount, typically in the off-season. You are always welcome to inquire about a given week.
Q: Will you give a discount to military families?
A: Yes, subject to proof of active service. We also give a discount to teachers, law enforcement officers, and others who serve our community.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy allows for full refunds within a 10-day grace period from booking, and thereafter refunds will be given up to 30 days prior to the rental start date only to the extent that we have been able to rebook the property for the same rental period, in which case the refunded amount will be limited to the rental income from rebooking the property for the same rental period.
