The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster and more)has just been renovated with new granite countertops, appliances, It's perfect when you just want to stay at home.
The spacious living area has a direct oceanview through the ceiling to floor sliding glass doors to the balcony. When you eat in, enjoy your meals at the dining room table or on the balcony along with an ocean breeze and view!
Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep in the king-size bed in the master suite. Wake up to the terrific ocean view through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony. For those times when you want to watch TV or a DVD in a quiet spot, this is your retreat.
Bath linens and beach towels, as well as bedding, are provided! There is a new washer (high efficiency) and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Need a guest room or room for the children? The guest bedroom is very spacious with two full beds,(new mattress sets),and night table. Great for kids or adult guests. Sofa in living room has a sofa sleeper.
Extras include ,beach towels ,beach umbrella, noodles and sand buckets for the kids (and adults?) to enjoy on the beach.
Do you want a cool car when it's hot? Enjoy your designated parking space underground.
Just want to soak in the sun and ocean breeze? Relax in the large pool (heated in winter).

I love people and renting the condo to many guests is a great way to meet people. As you can see, I am a senior citizen, but one who loves adventures and being involved in many activities.

My cousin and I bought this property because I love the beach and it is close to Orlando where I now live.
My favorite place at the condo, when not at the pool or beach is the balcony. I love to go out on the balcony and see the sunrise over the ocean. Our world is so amazing!
The condo is lovely and clean and comfortable. Ann could not be more helpful she was always available if needed.The ocean is right in front of you and balcony is a lovely. You hear the ocean from the master bedroom each night as it puts you to sleep.
We had fun at this well appointed condo right on the beach! It was largely baby proofed and even had some nice baby ammenities like a high chair and baby spoons. Plenty of space, good beach gear, and almost everything we needed for a fun week at the beach.
I have visited this area many times and love the area, local restaurants are great. The condo was very clean and well equipped including a high chair for my granddaughter. It is a very safe area with security gates around the property. The pool and community room are great, very easy access to the beach.
I think this is our 11th year of staying in this condo and we love it! It has been updated and is well stocked and very clean. The view is awesome and you can hear the ocean while lying in the master bedroom. The owner, Ann, is wonderful to work with and is always quick to respond if needed. I have already booked for next year.
This condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo itself was very clean, perfect location and had everything we needed (beach towels, extra blankets). Ann, the owner, is extremely easy to deal with and always got back to us if we had a question. We loved being on the no drive section of the beach and it was never too crowded. We can't wait to go back next year and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place.
We live in the area, and were looking for an oceanfront condo along the No-Drive beach section. This one was perfect. Twenty-five minutes from home, second floor, nice pool, and quiet. It was very clean, and when we had a problem with turning on one of the TVs, the owner quickly responded to us. North Turn Restaurant is right next door, and other seafood restaurants in Ponce Inlet are only five or ten minutes away. There is underground parking, and bike storage. We'd definitely stay there again.

Ponce Inlet Lighthouse - 175 feet of History - is just 3 miles from the condo. Fun for all the family. Take the challenge: Climb the 203 steps to the top of Florida's tallest lighthouse. Not up for the challenge? Discover the unique history of lighthouse illumination. See the original lamp, the housing for the lighthouse keepers, Florida Seminole Indian artifacts and other items. Visit the unique Lighthouse and Nautical Themed gift shop.
A Marine Museum is located by the lighthouse. Kids especially love it!
Prefer fishing? There's charter fishing, or just fish from the shore or at a nearby pier.
Do you like to shop? Try the Daytona Flea Market (largest in Florida).
You may enjoy a 'two hour tour' on a cruise boat. How about seeing the sites in Daytona Beach or play minature golf? The International Speedway offers interesting tours.
If you can tear yourself away from the beach, take a day trip to the Space Center just 60 min. south off I-95. Have kids? Take a day off from the beach to meet Mickey at Disney World. While you are in the area, enjoy Sea world and Aquatica, as well as Universal Studios. It's all only about 75 minutes away!
