Camp Waterfront Made A Great Hunting Camp

  • 5 of 5

Nine fellows enjoyed the use of Camp Waterfront for the long weekend as a hunting cabin. It is not really a camp but a home away from home. Everything was great all the way down to the beds. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Place was very clean it was nice to have two bathrooms and a shower. Fire ring was a great gathering place at night. I could go on but to make eight other guy happy says it all. If I had to warn you of anything it would be to take water for drinking and cooking. We knew this ahead of time so it was no big deal. Thank's Alan & Yvonne for sharing your place with us. Hope to return some day soon.

Beautiful cabin with great views

  • 5 of 5

Loved the cabin. Went for walks in the woods and along the creek. Beautiful! Great place to spend a lazy thanksgiving. The only negative was the hot water was barely lukewarm. Had to rough it in paradise.

This house was so great for our family! We were a total of 9 people and one small dog, and we had a blast. The kitchen was spacious with many supplies , one and a half baths and numerous bedrooms made it perfect for our family to enjoy this fun fall family get away. It's secluded and yet has access to viewing area. The only thing that was hard was cleaning up by check out time of 11, though we really got that place sparkling more than it was when we got there. We enjoyed our four day weekend immensely.

What a beautiful setting, just perfect!! Everything was just like the pictures.

  • 4 of 5

Would have been even more perfect if we had horses to ride. Noise from creek was very soothing, kitchen was great!! Just a little disappointed that we had to bring own firewood when there was no heat in main living area!! For the price, I thought that should have been included. Good thing we have a truck! Very clean, and handy to viewing areas. Even had a bedroom for everyone. Had a camera out but saw prints where Elk walked behind it, they are smart. We all went to town except our son-in-law, who had a headache, while we were gone a Bull Elk grazed right outside that picture window in the dining room!! Very handy to creek but wished there was a deeper fishing hole but still enjoyed sitting there in the solitude! Will definitely consider this cabin next year!
