Situated in the Stoneybatter,one of Dublin's oldest neighborhoods,5 to 10 minutes walk from the rental you can catch the LUAS(Irish for tram) and from here the journey is only a short hop,less than 10 minutes to the city/downtown

This interior designed terraced house has two bedrooms upstairs,one with one double bed and the other with 2 single beds,downstairs there is a sitting room with one double fold down bed, a bright kitchen/dining room,small yard and a bright bathroom with bath/shower,sink and toilet

I hope you will fall in love with this charming little house,although newly renovated this home still maintains some of the original features of the era that this house was built in.In the last number of years this area has become very popular to live in as Stoneybatter is so close to the city and is now home to young families,artists,hipsters and Yoga enthusiasts(3 yoga studios and counting!)and a large selection of independent stores,cafes,restaurants and bars - there is a great vibe in this area due to the fact that old Dublin meets the new Dublin sort of speak -

Lovely accommodation & great location

The booking, check in and check out process with Simon and his team was truly seamless. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The property was a great alternative to a hotel for our family of 3 (including 1 teenager). It was very clean & well equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We even arrived to a delivery of delicious fresh baked breads from the local bakery (very nice touch)!! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and markets in close walking distance. We especially enjoyed an Americano or Latte at the Lilliput storefront, literally just steps away. Dublin city center is approximately an easy 25 min walk or short cab ride. Bus stops are close by (although we didn't use this mode of transportation personally). This Is truly a hassle free and just plain lovely accommodation. We had an amazing time in Dublin!! Quiet Neighborhood House Perfect for Families

This sweet little home is nestled close to public transit, the grocery, and some lovely places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see the current regeneration occurring. We traveled with two children under age 5 and the accommodations were ideal. We felt safe and the kids felt a home (the adults too!). Simon, provided such helpful information on eateries, public transit and everything in between! Service and comfort were top notch. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We operate a strict Cancellation Policy. If a cancellation occurs, we will only refund payments if/when we manage to re-sell your cancelled dates in the same rental. All cancellations incur a 10% Admin Fee. This fee is calculated as 10% of the overall value of your entire stay.

If we re-sell all your nights, we will issue a full refund of monies paid, less a 10% Admin Fee.

If we only re-sell some of your nights then we will only refund the value of the nights re-sold, less the 10% Admin Fee. The value of the nights sold is calculated using the average nightly rate of your original booking.

We do not operate a cancellation insurance scheme but we strongly recommend that all guests take out full cover.

There is a security deposit/breakages bond due of €500 which can be paid in cash or via credit card(no fee's apply) on arrival to your rental.

Your security deposit/breakages bond is refunded on your day of departure after the rental has been inspected.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
