Our 1 bedroom Beach Level, Gulf Front condo is located at Holiday Villas III - Unit #2 in Indian Shores, Florida on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Holiday Villas III is located at 18610 Gulf Boulevard approximately 40 minutes from Tampa Airport between the cities of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

This cozy, continually updated, beach level 1 bedroom - 11/2 bathroom condo sleep 4 comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a King size bed and private

bathroom with a queen sleeping sofa in the living room. Living room and bedroom have cable television.

The spacious living area walks out to a covered patio facing the beach with a BBQ area close by! Relax by the heated pool or just walk on the beach.

A private boat dock on the inter-coastal waterway is available for your use at a nominal fee.This unit is located next to our 2 bedroom and can be opened up to

make a large 3 bedroom.

FREE High speed Wi-Fi internet and long distance phone calls to the US & Canada.

Cribs, Pack n Plays and High Chairs are also available call in advance.

As you may recall, we actually spent one week in a Condo near John's Pass and the second week in your condo. It gave us 2 slightly different weeks in terms of our activities but it also gave us a good comparison. The two condos were similar in cost and amenities, however yours was much nicer and higher quality of construction and furnishings We had a great time and sincerely appreciated that your condo was comfortable and provided everything we had hoped. We hope we can return for another trip in the future.

Great 1-bedroom directly on the beach

We (mature Canadian couple) stayed here for two blissful weeks in March 2016. It was an ideal spot for us; clean, well-equipped, and extremely well located. Ground-level units in condos in this area are not the norm. This is only one of two units on the ground floor at HVIII; the other is immediately adjacent and shares the large covered patio. We enjoyed the direct beach/pool access, the proximity to the communal bbqs, chatting with passers-by to the beach/pool/bbq, the Floribbean decor, the covered patio and sunsets directly out the front glass doors. The kitchen is spacious and fully functional and we cooked most of our meals and entertained guests here with the ease of home. If anything, the pix on the site under-represent the spaciousness of the unit. Owner Tom was attentive and the attendant Lewis is particularly friendly and helpful. The general area is served by a number of pub-style eateries and several better restaurants. Major shopping for food and anything else is within 5 minutes inland. Very well recommended.

Great Location!!!

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom condo at Holiday Villas III. It was perfect for the two of us. Right on the beach and had a wonderful patio area to sit around and enjoy the warm weather. The pool is solar heated so it was kind of chilly at night to swim, but maybe that was because we only had a couple days of sunshine. The condo itself was very nice for two people. It was very clean and efficient. Our air conditioning quit one day but we called the owners and they had it fixed ASAP. We are already planning our trip back to this condo next year! A big thank you goes to Tom and Sue!!!

Loved It

This condo is great. Its clean and we loved it. i really liked the patio door you could open the curtains and see the ocean. This is a great place for a family or just a couple. I am even talking to the family about getting a bunch of us together and reating the connecting one also the next time we come down. Thanks again for the use of the condo.

perfect location right on the beach

I was absolutely delighted with this ground floor apartment with sliding doors onto a spacious patio, just steps from the beach. It had a very comfortable king size bed, beautiful fully equiped kitchen and large open concept living area. The place was spotlessly clean. It was amazing to just be able to step right out onto the beach, walk for miles in either direction, and end each evening by watching the sun sink into the ocean from the patio.

Except for one day, the weather was unseasonably warm, but on that one cool day, it was great out by the warm, heated pool, where the building sheltered you from the wind.

For me this was an ideal choice. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definately come back again.

This is a great condo. Very clean and beautiful view of the Gulf. Covered patio with tables right off sliding doors. Even though the weather was cold part of the week, the pool was protected from wind was comfortable. We watched others in parkas and scarfs walking on the beach while we were were enjoying the sunny warm pool. The condo was well maintained and the pool heated and crystal clear water. Many restaurants to choose from. All were good....Crabby Bills, The Conch Republic, J.R.'s were a few of our favorites. Bicyclists should bring bikes...great ride with bike lanes to Clearwater and bike trail not far away. We would definately rent again and again. Owner was pleasant to work with and informative. Great bargin.
