We're the kind of people who really don't ask for much of where we sleep, other than the necessities. With that said, it was very cold in Panama City on our stay and the heater in the condo did not work. It barely blew luke warm air, never warmed the room. The dish washer was pointless. I had to re-wash everything by hand before I used it. The condo had washers & dryers but the office wouldn't give you change nor did they have a change machine. Only good thing was the location.
This is an older property. The futons were pretty bad but we did not use them as there was only two of us. It would be tight for more than 2 people. Other than that it is good value. Great view, Nice pool, good beach access. We liked it.
Not as crowded on Thomas Drive and easily accessible to eating and entertainment
The place is dangerous to stay at, needs remodeling. The ceiling floods water in the halls, The guards at gates are missing a few brains, sent us places to pick up our room information, which no one was at the place, it was closed up and had for sale sign up. We finally got in our room at 8:00 at nite, very very aggravating for me. We had been riding for 4 hours and then had to put up with stupidity. I was expecting to have a bedroom not a hotel room, very unhappy
