An excellent positioned Bright, Airy Spacious, Modernized Very Large One Bedroom Apartment. 2 bathrooms. This is a registered apartment that meets all High Standards.Wi-Fi and Air Con.

The apartment has recently been completely, and renovated to an exceptional standard.The colours and warmth of this apartment is a must to see.

Air conditioning and naturally ventilated. Features a superior King size bed, in a very large bedroom with double veranda doors opening onto balcony.Fully furnished, built in wardrobes. Ceiling fan , air conditioning , wall mounted television . Exquisitely designed En-suite bathroom with extractor, walk in shower, separate full size bath, toilet and double sink units. Large mirrors. Excellent electrics on dimmers.

Very Spacious light airy lounge, with own air conditioning. Double veranda doors leading out onto balcony. Wall mounted television , large sofa which pulls out as a double bed raised off the floor. Two separate armchairs. Decorative open fire place.

Marbella has many tours and an information desk on the beach, along the golden mile. Here they can arrange all your requests.

Leading into lounge very large dining table seats 6 persons. Built in wardrobes.

Beautifully designed and crafted open plan Kitchen with all mod cons, oven, microwave and hob , air extractor, overhead lights and under unit lights all on dimmer switches.Very large Fridge and freezer. Fully equipped with cutlery and utensils.

This is designed to cook and entertain guests at same time. Large breakfast bar.

The floors throughout are tiled . The bathrooms have non slip tiled floors.

Off from the lounge is the second large bathroom with a built in large shower cubicle, toilet and sink unit.Mirrored. Dimmer lights and extractor.

There is also a Washing machine. Settings from quick wash 15 minutes to an hour.

Veranda very large with table and chairs, tiled beautifully - views excellent, off the main road, view side road onto landscaped gardens

Position sunny afternoons and evenings. Situated second floor. Private area has awnings for both balconies.

Located in Glorious shrubbed cultivated split level gardens. Upper level has a full size pool and smaller pool for small children, hower and sunbathing areas.

Lower level has a restaurant and bar , cafe. Pool with various depths to suit all ages.Shower, Large gardened areas to sunbathe , relax, picnic. Pools area with lifeguards on duty daily. Security warden 24/7

Tennis court, supply own rackets and balls.

Two exits gated from complex leading to beach 5 mins walk away or shops 5 mins walk away. Plentiful in restaurant, bars, cafes, chemist, laundrette, florist, hairdressers , ,curio shop, internet cafe and many more multicultural cuisine restaurants along the walkway from the complex towards the beach, the famous Golden Mile .This walk leads into Marbella Town Banus the opposite direction.. Bus routes are direct, regular and stops outside the complex. Taxis are quick when called or hailed down.

Famous Banus is a 20 minute bus ride away.Ten minutes in car.

You are Met on Arrival and shown the beautiful complex and around the apartment, and given keys for the apartment and side gate.

Your Greeter will assist you from day one to your last day, with any queries or if a problem arose in the apartment . The greeter will leave you the phone number for contact. The greeter will point out to you the shops beach Marbella and Puerto Banus ,so you have an understanding where you are situated , which is centre to all amenities that you require.

Pick-ups from the airport or to the airport can be arranged in advance.

The coach service is excellent from Malaga airport which takes you direct to Marbella bus station ( 45 mins. cost approx each 7 euro ) The coaches run every 45 mins or more frequently dependent on time of year..Remember to purchase your coach ticket at the Kiosk as you walk out of the airport to the left, as the coach only takes money when the kiosk is closed. From the coach station in Marbella a taxi takes you to the complex (normally under 10 euros). Ask taxi driver to go to Carolina Park, and drop off at the first gate, side gate, green gate.Taxis are in a line up outside the bus station.

Parking, there is a private car park for residents only, also parking along the side road ,from the apartment you can view the car - this is a quiet road as it ends with a cul de sac. Parking is safe.

Marbella has a wealth of History making it very suitable for families, couples and friends and lone travellers.

The choice of entertainment is endless. The complex is so beautiful, many stay on site. The beach is across the road lending to all activities. Coast Guard always on the beach clearly marked. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour, public toilets - the list is endless of choice as the beach has all equipment to hire for fun on the sea for all ages.

The Marbella Ports for the yachts moored have most people amaze at the beauty.

The Port also does boat excursions over to Baus - this yacht mooring area is a must to see. This trip is 20 mins and most enjoyable as on route on a clear day you can view Africa and Gibraltar.

Marbella encloses the Famous Old Town Marbella, this is a must to view along its pebbled pathways weaving around the town, showing its history of accommodation and churches. The orange square is situated in this town, named after all the oranges that surround the square the aroma is macnificent. Eat al la fresca or enclosed. Restaurants are multicuisine. The shops and curios with their sparkle and dazzle are a definite pull to view the variety of wares, no one leaves empty handed even if it is a whippy ice cream in hand. The Town has such beauty attached to it with its history is awesome. The shops are fascinating. even to view from the window outside. This is another beautiful place to eat / dine in or out in the evening watching dusk come in and all the swallows doing their night dance in sequinazion - spectacular. Last 30 mins approx. To sit in an outdoor cafe or bar to watch the bustling world go by , is an entertainment in itself.

Peurto Banuis and Marbella have an excellant nightclubs for those wishing to go dancing all night. These are in Marbella and notably Puerto Banus, the infamous night club has amazing light shows which are spectacular. This is a must to view and dance to.

Golf is nearby for those who come just to play golf. You can rent bicycles and absorb the ambiance of Marbella along the golden mile and beyond.

Great apartment

We have just returned from a week staying at this apartment. It has everything that you would need for a weeks holiday, a modern well decorated kitchen with loads of cooking equipment, 2 bathrooms with a delightful en-suite in the bedroom, a good sized living and dining area and also a spacious terrace to sit outside and enjoy the sun. There is loads of storage area for your clothes, luggage etc so no need to clutter the place with bags lying around, loads of towels provided and even a washing machine to do laundry. The apartment also has wi-fi, air-con, television etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community which is ideal from a security point of view, we hired a car and could park it off the main road in the grounds of the apartment which i found reassuring. The apartment is situated on the second floor but there is even a lift to get you up there with luggage, shopping etc so that's a bonus as well. The location is very good as there are loads of places to eat nearby, supermarkets including a Lidl, petrol station if you hire a car and it's also only a short stroll down to the beach where you can walk right along the sea-front to Marbella centre or Puerto Banus with loads more restaurants/eateries/places to get a drink. There's a little tapas bar across the road from Lidl where you can get a beer for 2 euro and the food is tasty, you can even have a game of pool in there. We also ate at the Italian restaurant called Cibo nearby which was very nice. You can get a taxi into Marbella Orange Square (old town with loads of restaurants and character) for around 10 euro and its around the same price to Puerto Banus. Loads of flashy boats and cars there, we only went there for a meal one evening, the place was called Jack's Smokehouse, they did a great raspberry daiquiri and the food was lovely and reasonably priced, be wary of getting starters as the portions as big. A little tip, we used cabify when using taxis as you know what you are paying up front, the drivers are not allowed to take tips. If you are staying here and are hiring a car don't fork out for a satnav, we just used google maps whilst getting around and it worked a treat travelling to/from airport and even when we went a day trip to Ronda (thoroughly recommended). One last thing is that our contact Pamela met us at the apartment on our arrival to give us keys, show us the place etc. She also met us on the morning we left to hand back the keys. I would recommend this apartment.

Clean, fully-equppied and well-located apartment which was perfect for the two of us.

We had a lovely extended stay at the apartment which was made comfortable from the start with the owners regular contact to give us full details and useful tips regarding the surrounding area. Short walk to supermarkets, beach, bus stops and restaurants. Bathrooms were especially lovely, and bedroom very comfy and we very much enjoyed eating on the balcony, which looks onto a quiet side street. Kitchen was very well equipped and air con made our stay more comfortable. We would definitely visit again but were disappointed to learn when we arrived that the downstairs pool and cafe as described and pictured were completely shut and being renovated, and so the grassed areas for sunbathing and picnics were also gated off and unavailable. For the duration of our month long stay, the upper pool was also completely shut and gated off. This was disappointing as we enjoy active holidays and we were expecting the pools and outside areas to be available for our enjoyment. Frustratingly, we had no explanation as to why it was closed or when it would re-open.

Despite this, we would recommend the apartment, which is in a safe and secure complex, to couples, families or anybody looking for a central and safe location from which to explore everything that the beautiful area has to offer.

Owner's Response: Thank-you for your feedback. I am so pleased that you found your stay a most enjoyable experience. I understand that it was disappointing the pools were not opened- as I understood this to be functioning - the upper pool I have just heard was to be emptied urgently due to the fact underneath is the car park and the roof needed reinforcement. All pools by law in Spain are to be fenced as this is to prevent any accidents by children unaccompanied. The lower pool was probably gated off for protection until the pool is filled - a safety risk factor. The pools are controlled by the community - which is completely out of my hands -This information was on the notice board in Spanish and the pools are to be reopened shortly. Despite the above I am happy to read you found the surrounding area most beautiful - Marbella is a treasure mine. Those that find it keep coming back. Best Wishes to you Both
