Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We stayed here for Ironman Florida. It is only a 800yd walk to the village and finish line. The balcony view of the gulf is amazing and a great place for your morning coffee!
The place was nice alittle dated but over all clean wasn't pleased that parking was added expense
My girlfriend and I stayed at this unit for the weekend and upon walking in, we were extremely happy with the view and cleanliness of the place. Our eyebrows were raised when the water from the bathroom faucets was black but it went away after we left it running for 2-3 minutes. I hope that was just a kink in the pipeline. Everything was smooth sailing for the rest of the trip, we laid out on the beach and just relaxed the entire weekend. I would definitely stay here again since the price and the view is such a steal!!!
The view from the sliding doors were awesome but you can not leave the curtains open because the AC can not keep up with the sun shining in(there is a sign). The windows were dirty and blinds didn't work properly. When we arrived the kitchen was dirty as well as the dishes, silverware, and drawers (there was food still on them). Disgusting! Then the dishwasher does not work well. I handwashed for 2 weeks. The bathroom was clean but you are given 6 towels, wash cloths, and hand towels to last however many days you stay. Forget using the shared laundry, it's either always full or in our case closed for renovations in our tower. However, we found great little laundry place cheap, cheap they do it for you. The bedroom was nice, roomy, and the bed comfortable. Our go to person did help us when the AC went out due to the entire building was being worked on, dodging paint drips, caution tape, and parking issues. Not cool for not advising us. We also found out this IS a smoking property. There are cigarette pots on the premises not to mention the people we saw smoking or smelled from our balcony. As for the appliances they have definitely been abused by previous renters. All in all we were not completely dissatisfied with the condo but I would not rent there again.
I recently rented Sunbird 705 West. It was clean and in a good location. But there was no internet in the room. Had to go to an area near the office to get access to Wifi. Had to purchase parking passes and wrist bans for around $25 when we arrived. There was a sign on the wall in the room over the thermostat that said not to put thermostat lower than 70 degree. The A/C unit would freeze up.The room never got real cool. Room needed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. My daughter stayed in another unit in Sunbird and it included parking pass and wrist bans and her rental was cheaper than 705 West. It also had ceiling fans. Would not stay here again.
Needs a lot of improvement.
