A stunning little refuge with generous and beautifully designed spaces to maximise the views. Enjoy an après-ski glass of wine on the south-facing terrace, then cosy up on the sofa after the sun has gone down. Set with a contemporary bathroom, and located on the ground floor, this is the prefect bolt hole to escape to for a blast of fresh mountain air and a good unwind. Minutes walk from the main ski lifts.

Immediately outside the chalet there are a couple of parking spaces as well as a drop off area. Vaujany has plenty of free underground parking close by and we can direct you it on arrival.

About Henrietta

A quick intro..

Seven tumbling cousins and their parents love Vaujany year round, so we decided to buy a property of our own to share with friends, family and like-minded Alpine lovers. Newly refurbished and ready for their first season, we hope you enjoy the chalets and Vaujany as much as we do!

In January 2010, half our team scoured the French Alps for a base to fulfil their long-held dream of living in the mountains. It took only three hours to realise that Vaujany was the place to be. Four years and a couple of ski holidays later, when the nippers were of a suitable age, the children found themselves enrolled in school in Allemond at the foot of the mountain, and they said goodbye to Cornwall for 18 months of fresh Alpine living.

The second family were soon Vaujany converts, keen to improve their off-piste skills and try new terrain whilst introducing their children to skiing, many other resorts paled in comparison, Vaujany is unique, it simply meets all the team's needs.

What none of us expected was to relish the summer, spring and autumn just as much as the winter. Breath-taking scenery, good food and all the uncomplicated happiness that comes with being in an Alpine village - a year-round idyll. Come as often as you can!

Henrietta will manage your bookings from initial enquiry/booking to your arrival in resort. She is there to answer any queries you may have and to send you all the information you need to have a great trip. With vast experience, she takes great pride in being fast to respond and easy to deal with.

Pieter and Therese will meet you on your arrival and show you round the property. They speak English, Dutch and French, run their own chalet and look after our's too.

40 square meters of open plan well designed space. Beds like we have at home, contemporary alpine design, having the french doors open in the sunshine. Skiing within minutes of leaving the door.

Convenient, quiet, clean and well appointed- all that we were looking for.

Just what we wanted for a week’s skiing - close to the lifts but quiet and comfortable. The wood stove provided an element of home from home. Excellent attention from Etelka.
