In the middle of the room are two queen-size beds, and a sofabed unfolds from the couch to sleep two more, for a total of six. There's one full bath, and a shared washer/dryer for any laundry you need doing.
There is no WiFi in the condo, but there's a public access point on the first floor of the complex.

Older, but good unit/building. A/C did not work first night but maintenance came and fixed on Saturday when called.
Great place. Condo is a little dated but location is fantastic. Would definitely go back.
it was out first trip to this area. We have enjoyed the condo and the beach. bring your phone with you. no internet-connection in the room, bad in the special room groundfloor. it is a good place for two peopel, bed is comfortable, bathroom little small, kitchen is acceptable to prepare lunch and dinner for two people. furniture in the bathroom should replaced soon.
Location was perfect for us, away from major crowd. Loved the beach being only a few steps away. The other guests were very nice and friendly. Would stay there again.
The location was great. The furniture was very comfortable and usable. We loved the porches, easy beach access and the concession stand. The location was close to everything, we walked most of the time and could get to most attractions within 10 minutes. We will be visiting again for sure.
We rented this place somewhat last minute and nearing the start of peak season so I knew with the rate we were paying (and by the pictures) that we weren't going to be staying in a luxury condo. I was fine with that and I'm fine with everything given what we paid.
The room was very basic but did have all of the necessities. I got the impression that everything was overall clean, although some of the furniture was stained- but I think everything was sanitary.
My only real complaints were the bed and the parking fee. The actual mattress wasn't awful, but the headboard of the bed was two twin headboards which was awkward and noisy. The sheets, pillows and comforter were awful. Scratchy and pilling and the pillows were totally flat. Also all of it smelled very strongly of bleach (but again, at least it's sanitary!) The walls were paper thin, but luckily the people around us seemed to sleep at the same time we did so this wasn't a huge issue.
The $15 parking fee was never mentioned until I got my "check in" instructions. $15 wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me but it would have been nice to know about it prior to booking. I read the entire terms and conditions of the lease and everything online and it was not mentioned anywhere. I have stayed in numerous beach condos and have never been charged a parking fee before. I have in hotels, but never at a condo. Anyway, just be aware of that before you book.
Other than that, the place met our basic needs. It was right on the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants. It was fine for a quick weekend away but I'm not sure I'd stay here for much longer than a couple of nights.
