Studio unit needs work. Nice idea for the money but needs upkeep. Dishwasher barely works, garbage disposer broke, sleeper bed jammed, floors filthy.should offer cabana chairs free! Paying for parking a rip off , security shack only occupied half the time.
Property is clean and well maintained.
Older, but good unit/building. A/C did not work first night but maintenance came and fixed on Saturday when called.

it was out first trip to this area. We have enjoyed the condo and the beach. bring your phone with you. no internet-connection in the room, bad in the special room groundfloor. it is a good place for two peopel, bed is comfortable, bathroom little small, kitchen is acceptable to prepare lunch and dinner for two people. furniture in the bathroom should replaced soon.
Location was perfect for us, away from major crowd. Loved the beach being only a few steps away. The other guests were very nice and friendly. Would stay there again.
