Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
you can not stay anywhere on the beach for this price for these accommodations.
A few friends and I booked this room for our spring break and were generally quite pleased. The place was clean, with a great view of the ocean and within walking distance of the beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place to anyone looking for an inexpensive, relaxing stay in PCB.
Great place right in the beach. It has all you need-but is really a hotel room with a small kitchen. So if you are looking for privacy from your travel companions-this is not for you! Comfortable beds, great view, wish there was a private balcony-and easy to find.
Our family of five stayed at this resort in July, 2016. We fit fairly comfortably and were quite pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend Top of the Gulf and this management company to anybody.
I would not recommend this rental for the price we stayed in it. We are not picky or high maintenance people, but we were really disappointed in the rental. It did serve it's purpose for the most part. We loved the beach and the water in Panama in beautiful. The room itself does not have WiFi. The room in on the 3rd floor and you actually have to go down to the 1rst floor in a lounge to access it. Which is inconvenient. My husband had to work and was on call while we were on vacation and internet was needed for his job. Also, when you arrive in the parking lot to buy your parking pass for the week. Security informed us that anyone that stayed in the Top of Gulf Condos were REQUIRED to wear a green wrist band at ALL TIMES. It would be fine if they gave you a band you could take on and off, but they gave you a plastic band, that snapped and did not come off until you cut it off. And I am expected to sleep and shower in this?? and never take it off the whole week I was there?? But we learned this is a really common thing in the Panama condos and hotels from spring break to Labor Day. There was several people who stayed in the Top of Gulf Condos that went without air conditioning all week. We were luckily not one of those people. Overall, our vacation was good. The beach was wonderful. Top of Gulf Condos does have a really nice pool. They had an outside shower from when you cam back from the beach. So that was really nice.
