Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This unit was perfect for what we were looking for. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that not on the beach but literally a short walk across the street.
Great place to stay. Home from home and near to beach and local amenities
Excellent location, close to the best attractions in Panama City Beach. This place has everything you'll need for an great visit. Including gated parking. Which is a major plus. Walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.
When we arrived the instructions were poor. We stopped at Sams club to pick up food for our son's wedding rehearsal the next day on the way into town. We arrived and the frig was warm. I called the number given to us and she said. "It says in the notes that the frig works it will just take 5 or 6 hours to cool down." I explained our situation and she argued with me until I gave in. Then my husband called and argued for several minutes when they finally called maintenance. Maintenance agreed with us that it was broken and called the manager. He came and offered us to use another frig in another condo. Two buildings over and up the stairs! Not a great solution but at least we had somewhere to put the food. He was very nice and helped us carry over all the food. Frig wasnt fixed until next afternoon. Everything in the condo was very old and worn out, not just outdated. Very disappointed! !!
They did not have sufficient silverware for four. I dropped something by the bed and found a used soda cup from Mcdonald's that did not belong to us. We do not plan on staying there again. My son lives there and we visit quite often and have had far better accomidations for the price.
Very nice property located near the beach and restaurants and shops the condo was very nice and we loved it the only thing wrong was whoever cleans it left a moldy pie on the counter which had a smell in the kitchen cabinets was old flour in a zip lock bag with old chicken pieces in it. Someone lipstick and garbage under bed. Which is not at all the owners fault it was still an amazing stay and we loved it!
