Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We have stayed at st.thomas several times, really enjoy it there.
Off the main beach but close to everything. Nothing special but served its purpose for the money.
We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Atlanta and the attractions like the Aquarium, the Zoo and Coca-Cola museum.
This lagoon property was nice and quiet when compared to sometimes crazy and hectic PBC life. If you have a boat, this place is really great as there is plenty of space to dock your boat while you stay. If you have small children, the pool was quiet and not hundreds of people running around. Seemed safer to me and easier to keep up with my kids.
When we get there ,we found things missing, broke and in bad shape ,the kitchen stink,(the place is big amd ok to stay) but the service is horrible ,i had to call vacasa every single day ,the very first night i asked for a refound because we could get in to the condo because we had bees infront of our condo ,also the very first night we could find a parking spot ,when i suppossed to have one and we went to bed by 4 am trying to find a spot to park ,i called vacasa and they just hang up on me, we never got cleaning service and i pay $105 for the service , the pool its so small n the water was dirty all the time, we had no internet,no toilet paper ,no trash bags, only 1 tv was working ,we had to leave everyday using back door n leave it open afraid of someone get inn and robbed us all because we had bees infront door ,they never take care the problem they only put a yellow caution tape ,was the worse place ever ,i never going to rent in here or get the vacasa service never
