Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Everything was good for our visit. House keeping had to come in twice before we were able to stay because the first lady just left and did not finish. Other that that things were good.
everything is not too bad, clean and quite, nice view. We just really dont like The sofa bed, its too old and not comfortable .
It was easy to book, the location was great, close to the beach, clean property. I enjoyed
It was clean & quiet, nice view of the lagoon & close to the beach.
The cabinet door in the half bath was broken and the pull out bed was insanely uncomfortable. There was also construction going on at the condos and it was very loud. At night you can hear the very loud music and bass from Hammerhead Fred's and Club Lavela; this goes until around 2am. These things were more of an issue for me because I traveled with 2 small children. The bathtub was also missing the stopper to make it a bath and the DVD player didn't work at all. I called management on the 2nd day and they resolved these 2 issues. Another issue is that the property is listed as having a heated community pool, it's not heated and was ice cold. Overall, I would say that if I had traveled here alone then these issues wouldn't have been a big deal, but because I was with my family, it made the stay more difficult. I dont think I would stay here again.
One of the nice things about this property is that it's located on the Lower Grand Lagoon. We were able to see a dolphin in the backyard and watch a lot of fish jumping. There's no sand that reaches the water, it's very muddy, but still nice to sit out and watch.
If you would prefer a one or 2 level property instead of the high rises in Panama City Beach, this is a nice place to stay. Close to St Andrew state park. Car needed to get to the beach. Nice backyard patio to sit and overlook the Grand Lagoon where we saw a dolphin, pelicans, egrets, herons and a kingfisher.
